Had a great pedicare. Had lucky timing and was able to do a walk in. After soaking and comforting foot massage, the stylist carefully applied polish of my choice. He was very careful to get each toe perfect! Made sure it was dry and set before I left. Tha k you

This place is horrible. I went in on Thursday and got a field and got my nails painted one color no designs. I paid $65. I got my nails done because I had an event to go to witches today Saturday, which is two days. I went here because I work close by. I live on the north side of Madison. I called and requested to speak to a manager and got the owner. I explained to him that I came in on Thursday for field and not one not two but three of my nails are lifting the day of my event he told me I had to come in for him to see that they’re lifting he couldn’t take my word for it over the phone. I explained that I lived on the north side, and I was getting ready to go to an event which starts at 6 PM for him to continue to tell me that I needed to come in today in order for him to correct the situation I think that he was very unprofessional and as an owner, you should’ve gone over and beyond to make sure that your customer was happy I even asked if I came back for a field. Could they just deduct some of the amount of the field? He declined if I could give them a zero I would.

There was a older man who did my nails who didn’t really know what he was doing. I didn’t complain, the service wasn’t that bad. The issue was being forced to tip at the register. I planned to do so anyway but because the woman didn’t understand initially that the tip was included with the total, she gave me attitude about no tip. Will not be returning. Don’t hassle for tips on subpar service.

DO NOT.... I repeat...DO NOT have the older man with glasses do your nails. I went to get my nails done for my birthday.... And this is what this man did. If it's NOT "Sunny" doing your nails DO NOT waste your time or Money. Charged me $65 for some nails that a toddler could've done better. Heck even a blind person. Oh I get these done Friday March 1st 2024. HORRIBLE ?

I've been a loyal customer of A+ nails for quite some time now, but I must say, recent experiences have left me utterly disappointed and frustrated. What was once a shining beacon of great customer service has now become a shadow of its former self.
For years, I've relied on A+ Nails for their impeccable service. Each time, I was met with professionalism, efficiency, and above all, consistency. However, my recent encounter has shattered my trust in this company and in the nail industry of their kind.
During my latest service appointment, everything seemed to be going as usual. I also see the same nail Tech, Sunny, and I expected the same high-quality service I had become accustomed to. However, to my surprise, the technician decided to deviate from what I was accustomed to without consulting me first. This unexpected change resulted in a botched outcome, leaving me with unsatisfactory results and mostly it left me with what I did not ask for and what she has never done before.
Naturally, I asked for a refund for the subpar service I received and was told that I would have to speak to the manager tomorrow. When returning to the business the next morning, much to my surprise, they agreed to refund my money but with an outrageous condition attached – I would be barred from ever having any services done at A+ nails again. I was merely penalized for my dissatisfaction.
This action, while I feel unfair and stereotypical, as the manager expressed before agreeing to refund the money " people ask for refunds saying they don't like services because they want service for FREE," also demonstrates a lack of accountability and compassion for their customers who choose to do business with them. As a once loyal customer who has invested time and money into their services, I find it appalling that they would choose to penalize me for their shortcomings.
In conclusion, my recent experience with A+ Nails has left a sour taste in my mouth. What was once a shining example of stellar customer service has now become a cautionary tale of declining standards. I urge others to proceed with caution when considering A+ Nails for their services.

Had the worse experience. Booked an appointment at noon for a pedicure, they made us sit in cold water for 40 mins, we kept asking to please make it warm they just totally ignored us. Here comes 1pm they said they can’t get the services I scheduled for because they are busy and they don’t have time when they originally had me scheduled at noon. Ended up paying $80 for a horrible and unwanted services. They shouldn’t take appointments if they can schedule accordingly, and not take walk ins if they don’t have the staffing for it.

This is like the third time I’ve come to them to get my nails done and every time the prices change, they don’t wanna do certain things to my nails without adding a price to it and the whole place has a odor like somebody mama house. Cheap powder, cheap no chip. Pedicures aren’t good. They do not clean the toe nail they trim the cuticles and tell you it’s clean, a week later you’ll see all the dead skin they didn’t get. Do it at home. My nail broke and I needed a repair. Everyone acted so busy even though I just got my nails done Saturday and it was Monday. They don’t do designs either. Save your time
