The repair to our bumper was fine., Very upset with the zero follow up regarding the damage to our windshield when we picked up the car. We brought our car to you with no damage to our windshield. Your team’s response was there was no way the windshield could have been damaged while it was in your possession. Im stuck with a 500.00 deductible to fix the windshield. I proposed having the windshield repair done by Caliber Collision, with the expectation that Caliber Collision would credit me 250.00 for the repair as a concession to share the responsibility for the damage. No one on the management team has called me to date. If Geico recommends taking your car here, I would ask for other options.

I experienced my first accident earlier this year when I was rear-ended. My vehicle was still drivable, so I put off the repairs because the process of getting it fixed was intimidating. I had the estimate done here because it was recommended by USAA, which was the insurance covering the repair.
I finally took my vehicle (GMC Terrain) in for repairs earlier this week and they made the process easy, especially with insurance covering a rental from Enterprise across the street. Caliber communicated with Enterprise when I arrived to have someone come pick me up and get the rental car.
The original plan was to repair the lift gate panel, but when they pulled it off, they discovered that there was unseen damage. Dave gave me a call right away and was very kind in explaining the situation. He also immediately communicated with the insurance company to have them approve a new lift gate instead of the repair. Before I was even able to update family on the potential for more expenses, Dave was calling me back saying insurance had approved it. I'm so glad that he was thorough & wanted the best outcome for the repairing my vehicle.
The repair was supposed to take 2 weeks initially, and I just picked up my vehicle this evening--a full week early! I believe this is partially because of the replacement of the lift gate instead of repairing it, but I am still super happy about it.
I received updates via text every day, which I really appreciated! The entire staff that I interacted with was very responsive & kind: Dave, Kim & Sutthi. When I picked up the car, I didn't even need to return the rental myself, I handed over the keys to Kim & she said they would take care of the rest.
Caliber on Odana Rd made this process as simple as it could be after I was in an accident, thank you! You'd never know that anything happened with my vehicle after the repairs were done!
EDIT on 10/2/25:
My lift gate started acting like it was being blocked by something, but it was not. I let Caliber know via email with photos/video of the issue and they responded w/in an hour. They asked that I bring the vehicle in for a tech to look at, which I did an hour or so later. They were able to fix it right there (some bolts had become loose). Great service to be taken care of so promptly!

Excellent job by Caliber Collision. The work was done professionally, completed a day ahead of schedule and the staff was very nice.
Constant updates on car repair was helpful.
The car was repaired like the way it was before the accident.

Staff are friendly and helpful. I was updated throughout the entire process and any questions I had were answered. Entire process between me, my insurance, and Caliber Collision was smooth and easy. All traces of damage are gone. Beautiful work.

This was my 3rd time using them (all due to deer damage), 2nd time at the Odana Rd location. Not only do they do a fantastic job, the quality is great! But Crystal was amazing to work with! She made the whole process so easy!!!
There was an issue with my vehicle, but it was due to an incident with a third party, causing a delay in the completion of my vehicle. Crystal went above and beyond fixing it. Plus, she made sure there were no hiccups with my insurance or the rental I was driving. My vehicle looks wonderful! I will recommend Caliber (and Crystal) to everyone I know!!!

When I got msg my car was ready and when I go to pick up one tire was flat..second technician open the passenger area part it was not fixed properly..I did fixed my car 2 times before this is worst experience

The repairs itself was good. There are a couple areas that don't seem to be secured properly, and two 3 plastic clips were left in the trunk area, 2 of then in the trunk latch area where they broke when the trunk was closing and crushed these. Now why was there 3 plastic clips just laying around? Why were 2 of them messing with the trunk latch? Nothing like taking your car to get fixed, then having pieces laying around inside. The communication was terrible. You get automated estimated dates that are not even close to being right, when you get an update from a real person, an end date is never given. After more than a month, I started calling to get an update on when I would get my car back, but she was always at lunch and couldn't take my call. 3 calls, 3 days, 3 different times and always at lunch. I was given personal guarantees that I would get a response by the end of the day - no response was ever made. It took talking to the manager to get any information and I got my car back that day. When I got car back, the inside (front and back) was covered in dust with dirty fingerprints everywhere in the back. In the end, this seemed rushed, with less than adequate communication, with dirt all over the place and random car pieces left in the back. Were they extra pieces or were they not put in? Who knows because most were left in the latch area where they were crushed when I tried to close the trunk.

Friendly and cooperative people at Caliber. Everything was done top notch. Good follow through and frequent updates on repairs being done. Work is guaranteed for as long as I own the car which is great!

Car had a bunch of scratches from a tree branch that fell on it. Was able to get it in the same week and get it fixed quickly. If needed I will work with them again.
