Great locally owned hardware store. Staff is always willing to answer questions and help you find what you need. I particularly like the ability to buy small items ( like screws, washers and nuts) without having to buy an entire package when I only need one or two.

I typically always have a great experience at this Ace Hardware. It’s not common I'm asked if I can be helped finding something, though when I ask an employee for assistance, they are always very helpful.
My most recent experience there was more of a struggle - perhaps a communication error on either end. In addition, the two employees who assisted me didn’t seem overly friendly. However, when I got to the checkout line, I was acknowledged by the kindest woman. Her name is Lou. Not only did she say hello upon walking into the store (while cashing others out), she also noticed me next in line and said she would be with me shortly. I was in no rush and saw that she had just begun helping the guest in front of me, but it was a nice remark. She was so cheerful and had a beautiful smile - definitely turned my experience around, that visit.

This store carries a wide product variety. I bought my current charcoal grill there several years ago, at a very competitive price compared to bigger stores. They also rent equipment, & that's why I went there most recently... needed a special tool for work on a modern tube type water line. The staff were very helpful.
