I had medical insoles from my M.D. physician which didn't help at all. I went to Aljan Co, their staff was awesome to deal with, and the insoles they made have 100% helped and my feet, that are now pain free after years of pain! I highly recommend Aljan Co.

Never again. I received my new leg and signed for it. However, the leg isn't adjusted right. I must drive 80 miles round trip every 2 weeks for adjustments that don't help. I have done this twice already. I cannot return the leg. I do not feel like I'm being listened too. I'm at the point of throwing my leg in the closet and forgetting about it. I'm going somewhere else.

My teenage son was referred to Aljan (Jul/Aug 2021) to be fitted for a stabilizer knee brace for playing sports. Joe worked with him to ensure he had great support. Office staff was friendly, courteous & prompt when answering questions about any billing & insurance I received. Overall experience was not only EXCEPTIONAL but working w/ the designer has led my son to consider a career in orthotic/prosthetic design!

This is my first experience with orthotics. I was skeptical, but about a month from when I started wearing them and I feel like I can give an honest review. First off my feet feel great. Huge difference in my foot pain. This place was really fast and easy to work with. Everyone was super nice. I am back to running with minimal foot pain, and I was just wowed by how easy this place was to work with.

I had orthotics for my shoes made here and they've helped my feet and ankles so much. Very professional! Highly recommend!!

PLEASE DON'T GO HERE!!! go somewhere else, they have treated my husband horribly, the doctor is amazing, but the other staff and receptionists are RUDE! They had my husband's temporary prosthetic at the clinic for over 10 days did not try to make an appointment for us to come in, I only found this out after calling a month after they told us it would be in , Bottom line we were told 6 weeks in July and are now almost to February and he still is without even a temporary leg, it should not take 7 months for him to get a temporary prosthetic that is unacceptable. We've been told it's insurance and there NEW system?? But I have never been treated this way by a medical staff in my life avoid at all costs.

Had some repairs done on my braces by Dan and he went above and beyond. Solid work and very nice staff. I hate traveling to Madison but they came highly recommended and happy I made the trip.

Came to ALJAN with my mom for foot orthotics and they treated me awesomely. Fran was the lady who helped me and she was so cool with me. It always hurt to walk and now my feet finally don’t hurt all he time. Thank you Fran.

Terrible company. Do not go here! Horrible. Service sucks and receptionist was and is Very rude! If I could leave a Negative 0 rating I would!
