I went to Alpha Graphics to simply get a poster laminated. I called a head of time to ask prices to which I was told they could not give me any. Later that day I went to the store where they did not let me in because I did not call in for an appointment because of Covid-19. I personally am vaccinated and was wearing a mask. To continue, there is nothing saying you need to create an appointment besides the sign on their door. When I called they said nothing about creating an appointment, their website says nothing about an appointment, this company is stuck up and very unprofessional when dealing with their customers.

I have never left a yelp review before, but that’s how impressed I was! I hope ordered a project to be printed very last minute and they went well out of their way to make it work for me! I will absolutely be using them for all my print services- they left a lasting impression!
