Polite service. However, very slow to repair an AppleCare covered defective screen on a work computer (5 days+), despite indicating that turn around time would be faster. If it takes 5 days, that seems like a very inefficient system. The only “expedited” solution they offer is for you to buy/return a computer during this timeframe, which seems wasteful.

Too often people only leave reviews when they have bad experiences someplace, not usually for good experiences. I'm here to change that.
On Wednesday November 5th I started working with a younger guy and he was absolutely fantastic!!! I wish I could remember his name. I was in with my 10 year old autistic son and this guy was so patient and amazing with him. Asking my son questions, answering all of my son's strange questions about the store that had nothing to do with the purchase we were making. He didn't get frustrated when my son couldn't pick which color watch or band he wanted. Unfortunately this kind young man pinched his finger in the drawer towards the end of our sale and he had to step away because it was bleeding. Please find him and give him a raise!

One staff called John (should be but not sure) was so rude to the customer. He didn’t even let me finish my sentence and was so arrogant to stop me. I don’t think Apple should have this kind of unprofessional staff to help their customers. This experience made my day awful and I won’t come to this store anymore.

Rude employee. Dropped off a computer for service. Asked if I could pay for it in advance as it’s my son’s computer and I didn’t want to have to come back driving n hour away. He could just come in and pick it up. The ANSWER WAS A CURT NO! Nothing else just a NO! I again asked it’s really not possible to pay in advance so I didn’t need to drive 50 mile back. Again NO! Like are you stupid. I was going to purchase other items but just walked out. She could have just explained why that wasn’t possible. But chose to just rudely say NO! They already knew the price. It was a warranty repair. 1 star is too much

Allison was just wonderful! We were in and out in just 15 minutes without having an appointment on the books. She made it so easy-peasy and even gave us some business tips. Prices beat another big box store too.

made an appointment to drop my phone off to get repaired. said that i would have to keep it overnight or bring it in tomorrow because they “got backed up” from “a lot of people coming in”. okay? is that my problem? i made an appointment. did the “lot of people coming in” make an appointment? did they have to wait the same as a customer that MADE an appointment? ruined my weekend. nice job apple. “geniuses” okay…

Store has had a lot of issues. Manager Sarah was extremely rude and condescending to my girlfriend, she was very unprofessional. The store has taken a ton of times to configure and set up her new laptop. Overall worst Apple Store I’ve ever been to.

The staff are kind of racists here. I waited in line and they completely ignored me and called white people waiting after me. This is unacceptable!

This store has a very unwelcoming atmosphere, staffs just randomly talk with each other but not willing to help, even when line building up at door. Staffs know no nothing and talk with very rude altitudes.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this Apple Store was so disappointing that I feel compelled to share it.
I visited this store twice within a short period of time — once to purchase a new Mac and iPad, and the second time to return devices for trade-in. Unfortunately, both experiences were extremely poor.
During my first visit, the advisor who assisted us was very unprofessional and clearly unfamiliar with the process. They eventually had to call another colleague for help. Shockingly, the two employees stood in front of us whispering and laughing, which felt very disrespectful. After that, a different employee took over, but his attitude was dismissive and impatient. Even though we are non-native speakers, it was very obvious that we were not being treated with respect. The entire purchasing process left us feeling uncomfortable and disrespected.
During my second visit for the trade-in, the experience was even worse. The advisor who helped me was dismissive and told me that my Mac could not be traded in and had zero value because of a damaged button. No one had mentioned this issue to us during our first visit. When we tried to approach a manager about this, the same advisor closely watched our movements and, upon realizing we were seeking a manager, suddenly changed his response and said we could “try again.” In the end, the device was accepted, but the trade-in value was significantly lower than the initial estimate. This inconsistency and lack of transparency were very frustrating.
It is important to note that money was not the main issue — the real problem is the attitude of some of the staff members: dismissive, unprofessional, and disrespectful. Both times I walked out of this store feeling extremely upset.
I would like to point out, however, that one older white male employee stood out in a positive way. He was very polite, clear in his explanations, and genuinely helpful. His professionalism highlighted the sharp contrast with the poor behavior of some of the younger staff.
I sincerely hope Apple will take this matter seriously and improve the training and professionalism of employees at this location. Such experiences are far below the standard one would expect from the Apple brand.

Unhelpful and rude staff, I’m here trying to spend thousands of dollars but they aren’t able to help with the silliest of things? Manager was super rude and lowkey yelled at me saying that whatever I see in the website is what I can get! Why do you have a physical store then? Clearly you have what I want in stock but I can’t buy it? Well, time to switch off apple!
