Great store I only go to this location for all the stuff I need. Employees and managers are always friendly to me and more importantly to my elderly parents when I’m out of town and can’t help them- they go here.

After dealing with the same wifi and wireless crap from Verizon for years, we wanted to cut ourselves off from it. We spent so much time trying to get issues solved, there was always some sort of marketing scheme with Verizon. We chose AT&T, naturally being apprehensive and wary of having to jump through all the hoops again. HOWEVER, Mike at AT&T really treated us differently. He was transparent, happy to help, and ready to problem solve. AT&T won't just read off of a script. They don't want to take up your time but they also want to be sure they take care of your need. AT&T is refreshing and I'm happy we made the choice to switch! Thanks AT&T!

I wanted to send a note to recognize the help I received from Marcus at the 3902 E Washington Ave. Madison WI store. I bought a prepaid sim at Walmart and had difficulty getting it loaded and useful. Marcus gladly and efficiently helped me.

Chris at the AT&T store on E Washington Ave is the best. I’ve been going to that store & working with Chris for over 20 years & he always goes above & beyond my expectations.
He’s incredibly knowledgeable about all things AT&T & all the technology that goes with it. He never makes you feel rushed & always takes all the time needed to help & advise.

Emily is awesome! My phone had been having the most frustrating issues and it was not a straightforward fix, but Emily was persistent and solved the problem for me! Didn’t cost me anything and I’m soooo relieved to have a functioning phone again! Emily was also hilarious and made the whole experience a fun one after dreading this errand all week. Top tier customer service I couldn’t be more satisfied with the trip to this store. Thanks Emily!
