They added a $18 air filter to my order and charged me for it when I never asked for it. Had to go back to return it. They didn't even ask me they just added it.

So my car battery has been having issues with all this cold and I have had to jump start it multiple times. It got to the point where If I turned off my car after an hour drive, it dint have the juice to turn it on. So I went to Auto Zone to get a new battery and run a diagnostic. Patricia helped me and she was awesome. Was fully ready to pay $230 for a new battery when she took the extra step and found out I still had a few weeks left on my warranty, so I ended up getting a free battery. I was so happy, i bought a few things for my car just cause I felt bad for not spending money. Patricia was Awesome!!!!! Made my day.

AutoZone was extremely helpful to me, critically helpful I should add in getting the parts and tool rental equipment to do my own repairs . This saved me over $1,000. The staff was professional, efficient and knowledgeable.
