Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else! For one the elevator lift is always broken! They have shady people renting out units there! When I went to clear out my storage there was a lady there going through her unit with clothes everywhere! She proceeded to tell me and the people I was with helping me that she keeps her stuff in her storage because she doesn’t trust anyone! She stated she was on meds and to watch your back with all the homeless that hang around the area! Wondering if she was referring to herself! Anyways, the whole thing was strange and felt unsafe! Then I get an email from management 2days after clearing out my unit! Mind you I clear out the unit on a Saturday, I get an email on Monday morning stating, “ I abandoned my unit upon an inspection,” okay first of all I didn’t abandon the unit I simply moved my stuff out and didn’t get the chance yet to follow up with the office! It just so happens they did a random check- inspection! I have always paid the storage rent! I didn’t leave the unit dirty or left anything in there! I took off the lock okay fine! Instead of assuming I abandoned the unit a simple follow up would have been nice and I would’ve walked away with a better attitude for this organization! There are better places to keep your stuff this is not it!

This place is a horrible place to store your things. I had this place for two months, and my TV came up stolen, but my lock was still on the unit. They did not look into the situation and didn’t want to give me my deposit back at the end of two months. This place is trash. Do not store your things there warning horrible treatment They made me feel really bad. They hung up the phone in my face twice.

used them two years ago for storage, everything was fine. tried to use them this past monday, quite literally everything went downhill. self service here is a joke. paid for two storage units I didn’t have access to because the freight elevator wasn’t working. to make things worse, they’re closed quite often so still waiting to communicate with them to get a refund.

Do not store your things here. I just found mold growing on my belongings. My stuff has only been there since june.

Worst storage in the world!!! We check out two months ago and still haven’t received any security deposit back. Also the environment is horrible and you will not want to come alone at night.
