Super helpful, fun, and friendly environment! Very welcoming for new-comers like myself :) I have been going for about two weeks now and am already looking forward to next time.The 45 minute class options are perfect. They move quickly without jeopardizing a quality workout and (even joyful) experience.

I really enjoy coming here. I find the whole place to be very welcoming and not intimidating. The instructors do a really good job of using key words to explain the movement and offering modifications. Would highly recommend for any woman looking for challenging and fun group fitness
