Can't check whether the store has anything that you actually want. Confirmed with staff, you can't even call into the store to ask. The only reason Best buy still operates is because they have too much money to fail

We had an amazing recent experience at Best Buy West Madison! My husband tried to install a tv that we purchased a couple of weeks ago, however the tv wasn’t working properly. We were a bit frustrated after the installation, but we went back to the store to talk to the sales person Alfredo and his manager. They were so helpful, and offered to send Vince (senior tech) to our home the same day! We ended up getting a new tv 2 days later, without any hassle. Alfredo, the manager and Vince made our experience so pleasant. I will always recommend that store to anyone!

I had an old computer recycled (at no cost to me!) and the gentleman helping me was so personable, friendly and helpful. Thank you, Taylor, for your assistance this afternoon. I am a customer of Best Buy having purchased numerous items from this store and I will remain a loyal customer for years to come. Well done, Best Buy and Taylor.

One star for having the size compact fridge I need in stock and one star for being able to deliver so quickly. No stars for causing it to take well over two hours to place a simple tax exempt purchase of a compact fridge over the phone.
Update: I removed a star b/c they are so adamant about getting you to do all your ordering and receipt getting from your online account but their online account is buggy and none of my purchases appear on my account so now I need to monkey around with getting my receipt from some chatbot. I hope to never need to order from Best Buy again.

This used to be a 1 stop shop for me. Get my electronic needs & Blu-rays all in 1 trip. But now they don't sell physical media anymore other than games & even that is limited. Go to Barnes and Noble for your music & movie needs. They have a massive collection. Especially the Criterion Collection. Hopefully I'll be able to get a PS5 here before Best Buy goes out of business. I don't think they'll last long.

They wouldn't price match an item through Amazon that was being fulfilled by themselves, while I was standing in their store ready to buy. Instead, I can order it through Amazon, and set it to pick it up from their store now the following day.
Customer service everywhere continues to decline to a point where common sense isn't used anymore. Yet brick and morter stores wonder why more and more is being purchased online, where we don't have to deal with people unable to process things logically.
