Maya the Samsung rep at Best Buy on Madison's West side has restored my faith in humanity by going above and beyond fixing my phone. I so appreciate all the time and energy she put into restoring my lost information. She is a wiz with Samsaung devices and is willing to help you. Something you don't see anymore in this world. So if you have any questions or break your Samsung device, tablet, phone, watch go see Maya. She rocks!!!

Went in today looking for help, I got crap instead. The salesperson here looked at us like we were complete idiots. We are both seniors and he treated us like a couple of kids. Bad place to go if you want help.

Best Buy cannot deliver appliances without damaging them. I ordered a stove and dishwasher in November '23 for delivery in January. Both arrived damaged. I waited 2 weeks for delivery of replacements and the stove was damaged -- and I'm told I can't get a new one until March 2. I have NO confidence the next one will arrive in any better shape than the previous two. The phone rep at Best Buy sounded bored, tired and utterly uninterested in solving this issue. Last time I'll be shopping at Best Buy.

Just stopped in to try to purchase an Apple Pencil (1st generation), which the website said they had in stock. There were no employees in that part of the store so I went to customer service to see if someone could unlock the cabinet. The man at customer service said "there should be someone over there, I don't have a key" and then looked away. He didn't offer to call someone or help me find that person. Finally the person with the key showed up and assured me I had the right thing. I checked online and it was actually the second gen apple pencil which is not compatible with the iPad I have. I tried to ask a third employee if they could check to see if they had the correct one in stock and this person also told me in so many words that it was not their job. I should also say I had my 18 month old baby with me this whole time. I only mention this because it’s obviously hard to spend 30 minutes waiting around to get help while also managing a toddler. When all was said and done, I wasted a half hour in this store, never got any help, and never got the thing I needed which the store allegedly had. Won’t be back.

I rate <1.Josh a supervisor caught me at the door wondering if I had a return. I did not. I had three questions about one of the two tablets that I purchased from this store. I admittedly shared my inability to troubleshoot my three concerns. He was clearly frustrated and lacking knowlege of the product from this store, as he "knows apple better." Ultimately he checked with the "squad " who could not assist, said come at 2:00, to the tune of $39.99, for a complete run tbrough of the tablet. I live 30 minutes away and was not staying at best buy for four hours to get help from someone who had the wisdom to click a few buttons for me. I planned my day around this stop, as the salesperson who sold me two tablets, said "if you have any problems, stop in,I'll help you out!" People wonder why other people are poor shoppers or seem dissatisfied? Take a look at the help. This man is a supervisor. The poor understudies are going to fail with a knucklehead leader like Josh.Good luck!

Do NOT buy from here. I bought something yesterday and when I got home I looked at my receipt and $5 had been added on for 'St. Jude Donation'. I used contactless payment only to pay and didn't touch anything else. So the $5 donation must be default instead of making it an option to select if you want to donate. And get this, they won't refund that money if you go back. Supposedly it goes immediately to St. Jude.

Purchased a wireless keyboard for my iPad not knowing my employer purchased one for me. Didn’t realize the stipulations of the return policy were so harsh. Tried to return it with no help and they wouldn’t even give me instore credit for a product that was never even used. Definitely won’t be buying from here any more. Didn’t want Amazon to have my business but they wouldn’t deny a customer like this. Best Buy has definitely lost my business from here on out. Thank for no help at all.

Young clerks eager to be in a hurry & scoot you along. Sorry for asking for a paper receipt and wishing to shop more vs checking me out right away after I picked out 1 item.

I went to Best Buy to look for a TV. I found a Samsung TV that I liked. I found Costco offered this exact same TV for the exact same price. However, Best Buy only offered a 14-day return window, whereas Costco offered a 90-day return window. Costco also offered a 5-year extended warranty for free.
