Walk up atm on Monona Dr. wasn't plowed, so I had to use drive thru on Cottage Grove rd. Lobby atm wasn't open at 8 am when I needed it. Local staff tries their best, but the corporate bigwigs in Chicago decide things like the closing of drive thru's and getting rid of coin counting machines without getting NO input from their customers, who they refer to as "VIP's" in their TV ads. And when you ask them to stop sending unsolicited mailings for home equity loans or credit cards, they plead on orange as to why we are still getting them. I don't feel much like a VIP.

Every other time I come to this branch for a deposit it takes forever! Going to start going to a different branch because of all of the wasted time just for simple deposits.

Web-site says Bank drive threw opened at 9am. This is false!! They open at 9:30 am Would think a Bank could figure out how to post their hours correctly!
