Updated to 5 stars as many people would use the vacuums without getting a wash, which would occasioanlly not allow room for paying customers to use. They listened to my feedback and have now roped off the lot making it very difficult to use the vacuums for free! Also car wash is great and reasonably priced.

Updating to 4 stars, as the business has blocked off the parking lot in an attempt to fix the issue of people driving up to use the vacuums for free, which was the biggest issue for me before. Thank you to Bubble Time for being open to feedback and making improvements!

I have a membership here because it’s close to work. The car wash works very well. I love the free vacuums. It used to be hard to get a vacuum because it was so full, but they recently made it so that you have to use the car wash to use them and that helped a ton. I wish they had a towel service (like where you pay $5 once and can always get a fresh towel).

They've been closed for 3 days. Today, when they're supposedly open until 7 p.m., as the schedule says, I come to wash my car, and they tell me they're already closed, and it's 6:18 p.m. Terrible service lately.

I should be able to just pay and vacuum without having to use the car wash.
We pay for the basic wash and still
Forced to utilize the wash part when I just needed to vacuum. I have rear damage to my car from a collision where if I were to go through a
Car wash it would make things worse.
Cancelled my membership !

Easy process to purchase a car wash. Thorough job with the exterior was and free vacuums as long as you need them.

If you own a vehicle you dont care about, this is the place for you. You can't do touch free here and I only went through once. It already caused paint damage and scratches. Good for cheap cars bad for anything else. Oh it also bent my rear windshield wiper.

I love coming here! I’ve tried many car wash in my days, and Bubble time Express has out wash every single one of them.The staff is nothing but helpful.I highly recommend you stop in and give it a shot.
