Never again. They wouldn't honor the rental that I made weeks in advance, and gave me one day's notice that I couldn't have the vehicle because it needed maintenance. Wouldn't help me secure another one from a different location. I called back to cancel the reservation, but apparently they didn't process it. They assessed a "no show" charge. No one ever answers the phone nor listens to the voicemails. So good luck getting any service.

I think a lot of the issues that people have with Budget are not the fault of this location. The corporate phone numbers and support are worthless, but again, that's not the fault of the people at this location.I was originally charged an extra day for my rental and after calling the corporate customer support number four different times, I found that they were all helpless. So, I called this location (where I dropped my truck off) and the kind person who answered solved my problem within five minutes.Would've been five stars if I wasn't charged the extra day, but they were very helpful in getting the issue resolved quickly, so 4/5.

Got called evening before trip saying vehicle not available but an upgrade would be provided at the same price. Arrived the next morning and was told only the manager could enter the same mileage rate into the system. Asked when the manager would be in and was told "no idea because she manages two locations." Reservation was blank in their system and I had to provide again all the info I already submitted online. There's a sign posted saying customers will be ticketed and towed if they leave their personal vehicle there while renting. Location is a tiny office in the heaviest rush hour traffic area of downtown. Beware this location which inconveniences, scams, and upsells. Had to cancel my trip, manager never bothered to call later.

I rented a vehicle to drive across country. I was told I could return the car early and get a refund. I waited and waited for the refund. I called the office that I returned the vehicle to and I informed them I didn't get my refund for returning it early. Their reply was I should call corporate. I called corporate and when I was told no refund is available on a rental contract and I said, then someone lied to me. He said, Yes, someone lied to you. Just like that. They were able to rent this vehicle again and got a double payment for the days it was still under my contract. Nice way of doing business.

This location cancelled my reservation 48 hours before I am supposed to pick it up, leaving me high and try to move out of my apartment on time. I was told that the location overbooks trucks and cancels on customers when they don’t have trucks to give out, which is terrible customer service. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM BUDGET.

This was by far my worst car rental experience ever. I booked a car through Expedia for a certain amount which I have done dozens of times before in other cities. When I arrived I was told that I would be getting a better car and when they gave me the paperwork to sign with the highlighted areas I didn't realize they had upgraded me without my consent and some of the highlighted areas were for extras I didnt ask for. When I asked for an explanation they left out the fact they had changed my reservation and charged me an additional 500 dollars. Since my copy didn't have the highlighted sections they destroyed original copy and forced me to provide their fraudulent paperwork. I took it to the BBB and attorney general but the only answer they gave me was "we have your signature, buyer beware." I guess that's what I get for expecting integrity and honesty in this company. Avoid them like the plague. Nothing but fraud awaits you and stonewalling from their company when asking them to do the right thing.

"Sorry, no truck for you." DO NOT USE. These people are incompetent and uncaring. I reserved a rental truck 4 weeks prior to my move and they called to cancel the truck 4 days prior to pickup. They wouldn't explain why the truck was cancelled and insisted I contact their corp. customer service. No one even apologized for the cancellation, saying only "Rental equipment is not guaranteed." I will NEVER do business with this company again following this experience. Save yourself the headache and rent from someone else.

The rental truck itself was fine. But then after returning the truck I tried calling to resolve a billing issue. Nobody ever picked up the phone. I called at four different times on two separate days (all during business hours).

Made us drive to a different location to return the truck after having driven for three days without working windshield wipers through a snow storm. Honestly the worst experience possible with a moving truck. Do not rent from them!!! We've emailed and called to get this figured out and no response. It's worth it to rent from another company because even though it might be a little more at least they are reliable.

I would give them a zero if I could. Rotten service . Rude. I gave a pickup time of 5: 30 which apparently is the time they close. no one told me that I go to pick up the car and the door is locked the guys inside and he won't open the door. I got there at 5: 30. not only that I had to go to a different location to get a car and it was significantly different than the one that I needed. Overall I am not happy with budget and particularly I am not happy with this location. I should have stuck with Enterprise. When I use Enterprise I will never have problems with them. I just want to say I guess you get what you pay for and you live and learn. oh and I forgot probably the most telling thing is at the door the attendant said I'm not go to turn the computers back on for you I shut it down early. I am a customer I guess it doesn't mean anything. I guess customer service is a dead art form.

In and out pretty quickly, but WOW that truck leaked like crazy. I ended up driving with a towel on my left side because it was raining and the top of the door didn't seal, so I got soaked for several hours. Not a great way to spend a long drive.

Nice employee at front desk. Quick and affordable service. They look over the truck with you before you take it. Very professional. Highly recomended
