I was a Burn member during Covid and just joined again. I am loving it! I like that I can look ahead to see what days I plan to go based on the weekly protocol posted Sunday mornings. I only want to go on strength training days so knowing when those days are and when the emphasis is on cardio makes it easy to plan. It is such a welcoming environment too!! Everyone is so positive and while working their tails off are still having fun. Looking very much forward to being a Burn family member ?

My husband and I have been coming here since October 2022. I love having workouts that we can do together, and there is so much variety throughout the week. My favorite workouts are the cardio focused days, he loves the strength days, and at the end of the week we know we have hit everything. It has been easy to gain consistency with getting to the gym 6 days a week because each day is so different. We really like the energy that the trainers bring, and also the other people working out beside us. It's awesome to be recognized for hitting goals like 50 workouts, and I have also achieved some personal records at this gym. I didn't think I would ever be able to do pull-ups or double unders on the jump rope, and I can do both now!!

Burn boot camp Monona is the best part of my day everyday! The trainers are so kind and helpful, and it’s such a fun way to keep in shape. The community around burn is tremendous as well. Would highly recommend to any fitness level!

Everyone is so welcoming and friendly. I was intimidated to join a new gym but I have felt so accepted since my first day training. I enjoy going to classes and everyone keeps each other motivated to keep going. Plus you don't have to plan anything, you just have to show up!

I have been working out at Burnbootcamp Monona for almost 3 1/2 years and have increased my strength, stamina and flexibility. It has not always been easy, but there is always so much encouragement, direction and care given by the trainers, burn ambassadors, and fellow members that I can't help but keep coming back. It is part of my daily routine! I love this place and always feel well cared for.

I joined burn 2 weeks ago and absolutely love it! It’s a great work out and all I have to do is show up and do the work. Logan and Deana are absolutely amazing. I can’t wait to continue my journey there.

My body is sore all week long, with a different group of muscles each day! Love it! Clean, organized, I am greeted by my name - shocking to me because there are hundreds of people coming through the doors! Great workouts!

Burn Boot Camp Monona is my happy place! Logan keeps us motivated and excited to come back every morning. I've been coming to Burn for 2+ years and am so fortunate to have found this community. The consistency of coming to the gym (even before the sun comes up) becomes an easy habit when the people are so great! The Focus Meetings (included in your membership) are a nice way to talk with the trainers and make an individualized plan to meet your goals - whether it's strength, nutrition, or personal goals. Thank you Burn for being such a pivotal part to my health and wellness!!

This is long overdue. I love burn and I love all the amazing people I get to work out with. I completely understand being overwhelmed by going to the gym but burn is so welcoming and The trainers really take the time to get to know you and your needs. Logan is a fun ball of energy and his workouts and good vibes make you feel amazing for the rest of the day. Jacob is so sweet and Kristina is a gem. I’ve never had a bad experience with any staff . Y’all, if you are looking for a place where you feel welcomed and excited to workout, then look no further!! I have been an athlete my entire life, with ups and downs in my motivation and style of workout. I went to Burn with a friend/co-worker and LOVED my first workout. The price was a little scary, but after taking advantage of the RISE 4 week challenge, I knew I had to join Burn Monona. I feel supported, welcomed, and motivated to go to each workout! Even when I’m tired and don’t want to go, I go, because I know I will feel better after! All the coaches know me by name and check in about any injuries or how I’m feeling each day, so they can provide modifications. I seriously recommend coming in for a trial! You won’t be disappointed!!

I've been going to Burn for about a year and I'm very happy I started. The workouts are high intensity and change every week. Logan, Jacob and Kristina have been solid coaches. Stacie is a highlight of every morning. Thankful to be part of the Burn Monona family.

Hands down, best gym in Madison. I have struggled to find a sustainable workout routine since the beginning of COVID, and finally found one at burn. Fantastic, caring trainers, fun, diverse, TOUGH workouts, and it's in the perfect location - the best strip mall in the city. Plus, they provide child care! We love businesses that prioritize accessibility. Can't say enough good things about this place. Get there!
