2 pizzas and bread sticks took 40 mins to make. 20 mins longer than estimated. There were no other orders being made. Our taco pizza had barely any toppings on it and was cold because it was made a good 20 mins before the other.

Went to exchange a propane tank and the cashier tried to charge me over 70 dollars even thought I repeatedly told him I just need a exchange.

Tony and Vincent at this location is the very best . Great customer service, very polite men . Work together as a team and run this store like bosses. Corporate should really consider promoting theses guys, they deserve the recognition. Come meet Tony and Vincent .

Top, top establishment - ignore the naysayers. Am in Madison Wisconsin visiting daughter and family, including two grandkids. Heading up ahead of gang to check in and stock my Wisconsin Dells timeshare place (shoutout to Bluegreen). Jumped off highway and Casru's beckoned - karma my wife is Kasey!!! Needed cord formy phone as rental car had plug incompatible with my cord. Used restroom and found fairly priced, solidly constructed, long cord. Key for his review is Shout Out to Scott (and his check out colleagues Rex, Randy and Gaby). Already did corporate survey but told the gang tjey also earned a Google Local Guide Shout Out. C-Suite take notice, which I know you do. Show yoir staff how when they do a phenomemal job, smart customers take notice and let social media know. The value of your #3833 gang is immense. This is what service is about and if youneed it head to Casey's. Keep upthe great work and pass ot on. Thanks.

I went to this gas station with family. When I came out of the bathroom, he was on his phone talikng to someone about going out, O had to interupt his conversation, I asked the male attendant if someone ( one of my family members) put gas in on pump 4, he said naw nobody came in. So I proceeded to put $30 of gas, when I got to the car, my family member stated he had purchased the gas already. I went back to see the attendant explained rhe situation he stated the money should go back on my card in five minutes due to not using it. I know for personal experience that is not true. I wanted to stay at pump so no one could use my money however we have 318 miles before we get to our destination. Will not stop at this faculity ever again.

I live in Oshkosh and I stop here every time I come to Madison, because unfortunately, the Oshkosh locations closed down. Staff is amazing! Pizza and cookies are amazing! I came here yesterday and all the cookies were sold out, and the manager offered to make me cookies if I had time to wait. I waited for those cookies. 😀 Cookies came out perfect. I was very happy with my service there. Will definitely be back. Thanks for the great service!

Five stars all around.
I went in today to pick up my breakfast pizza around 6:30 pm and it was nice and hot, I had a great conversation with the young man that works back in the kitchen, with the long locs. He was so very polite and had excellent customer service. Definitely coming back soon.

Came in here a couple days ago there was blood on the floor then I came in again today and that same spot of blood is on the floor it's very noticeable so that means you're just not paying attention and you just don't care and you just aren't going to clean anyting this is the dirtiest Casey's I have ever come into it is always dirty like they just don't seem to care that there's crap all over the floor
Update. Had to stop again. Even more disgusting than last time.
I don't know who the store manager or area manager is, at this location, but you need to be fired
Update. Thought by now this location being the last in the area to remain open they would get a manager that is competent, nope ..
You know it's not that hard to run a gas station they just opened at 6:00 in the morning but at the bathrooms are disgusting which means they didn't get cleaned yesterday or today and there's no donuts there's no food what are you trying to do like you're obviously not trying to make money you definitely don't have anything for sale I managed to Casey's it was not that hard and I constantly had a line of people and was running out of food just please never has any customers because this place is dirty and disgusting and nobody works
So I tried to explain to the cashier that I don't understand why this place is always so disgusting when do you clean it obviously never she just like was like all right all right all right and I'm pretty sure she went to go look at the bathroom but it's a little late. You're always in there talking to the other employees but maybe you should be taking that time to clean the bathroom or clean anything this place is always disgusting I'll never be back
It's really sad too because I actually love Casey's menu I love their Pizza I love their breakfast pizza but because this place is so disgusting I won't eat anything from their kitchen I miss being able to come to a Casey's and have a pizza or a sandwich or anything the cookies whatever it is in the 100% fault lies on the management you have to follow through with your employees and you have to make sure they understand how important it is to have a clean establishment nobody wants to eat something from a disgusting place
I guarantee you if I was the manager in this establishment there would always be customers there would always be people parked in the parking lot and there would always be money coming in

As someone who grew up around Casey's, this location is a massive let down. The food is rarely good, the soda fountains are always slim pickings because many are often out, the ice machine on the soda fountain barely works, you hold your cup there for 30 seconds and get about 4 pieces of ice.

Order a pizza set for pickup at 4:06 over a hour later an the pizza wasn’t ready at 520 what was worse is they laughed about it and didn’t care at all sucks to drive all the way from portage around 45 mins for this crap kwik trip will own this place within the next year or two at the rate this is going good luck baraboo and deforest closed looks like your next

Change the closing time as 09.55pm if you guys are closing at 09.54pm. I went there and he told me we are closed at 09.55pm. Bro how amk??
