They didn't wait 15 mins to be unloaded, left with the our freight and didn't attempt a redelivery for several days and had the nerve to fine us for failed delivery . STAY AWAY!!

If you want to avoid a nightmare in your life then don't work with this company. They are the worst. They give you a quote but they don't tell you that the customer has to do all the paper work. Each time that you need email then you get an answer from different people so nobody keep track of your problem. NOT RECOMMENDED

This company had 4 pallets out of 10 tip over at delivery (I have a video) which resulted in the driver having to take more time. Then they charged ME for the time. I sat out there and helped him pick up the very heavy boxes. It never would have happened if they had secured the load properly. Now it has been months awaiting the claim. In the meantime they have stolen my money by running my credit card without my approval! Update - was hoping to be able to give a more positive review. After taking months in claims they insult me with a $13 payment. They didn't even acknowledge the time issue. Guess we are not done not done with this ridiculous situation yet. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
