Over $500 in lumper fees, and it took them over 5 hours to unload. For that kind of money, it should have taken no more than an hour. Nothing but lazy employees.

I appreciate the overnight parking that is provided. Be ready for $200+ lumper fee. They count everything before they bring out your bills, so it takes a long time. If anything is damaged they leave it on your truck for you to clean up. If your homeless or low on food, they have a portapottie out back next to a dumpster LOADED with damaged cases of food. I'd shop there frequently if I lived nearby, at least in the winter.

They have some guy working for him who drives a silver Toyota. He didn’t look around and almost hit me with his car. Did he actually get his license for money? or what kind of driving did you almost kill a person... you didn’t think much with your head when you backed up... it’s a very sad company that you have such employees... the company itself is terrible and the employees are not responsible and life-threatening drivers... I advise you to be careful drivers when you’re just walking... God forbid you get killed by their employees in a car... even though I reported to their office, they didn’t even apologize... for their employee... that’s how cheap they are and a terrible company... one star because of truck parking but even you don't deserve this…

Their driver for truck # 136 has to be trained well or fired. 23/08/23. This driver driving rash on I-94 in WI. Applying hard brakes on me. And swearing fingers for no reason. Trying to have road rage.

I rolled up at 01:30 for a 04:00 appointment. Security guard shack told me, in a most unfriendly way, put your phone number on top of your bills. I did, and handed them over. He said, “Appointment time?” I told him 04:00. He told me where to go park. Blind side backing only. So, SWIFT, Prime and the like, you’ve been warned. I know I’ll be here for a while. So, after I parked, I settled in for a few hours nap. WRONG. Just as I close my eyes, the phone rings. Door 63. ? It’s not even 02:00!?!? At 03:40 I was outbound. As the lumpers go, I was astounded that they already knew how much the fee/extortion amount would be, as I received a text as I was backing in demanding $200.00! I thought, that was interesting. Usually, the lumpers beat the hell out of the truck before they stick it to you. These guys don’t wait for that sort of nonsense. They get right to it before they begin. I guess they have ESP or second sight. Who knows?

They do not unload early, also they take a few hours, & they left product & wood-chips on the back of my trailer. 3 stars, because they have bumpy over night parking. Also, they have some cool workers. A hefty lumper fee also! $520.00

Check in near the guard shack. If no one is in it ring the bell on main door they will let you in. Then you can park behind the building they have some over night parking. Then they call with door open up back in pay lumper and they bring bills out. Was out in about hour n half.

Arrived at 9:15pm for a 10pm appointment. Put into a dock right away sent a text to pay the $450 lumper fee didn’t feel them in the trailer until 10:30pm. They didn’t finish unloading me and bring my paperwork back out until 2:30am. I’m sorry but if you’re going to charge a lumper fee that insanely high at least unload the trucks in a fast manner. There’s no reason for it to take 4.5 hours to unload a truck. Especially when you only have 4 appointment times throughout the night. So if you ever get a load going here if you don’t care about sitting forever in a day waiting to get unloaded then this is your place. Only good thing that gave them a star was they have overnight parking for when you get unloaded since they eat your hours up.
