In the season of sweltering heat, I get to the banking hall all sweaty and flustered. A kind human notices and comes out of their office to check on me. They offer a cup of cold water that brought me back to the land of the living. At the counter, I am promptly served. I spent about 5 minutes in there and they made my day. Kindness and swift service.

Terrible bank. They require two factor authentication but only give the option of receiving a text message to your cell phone number. Otherwise you’re locked out of your own account. I tried to send a wire transfer today and after completing two factor authentication 3 times, they called again to verify it’s me making the transaction. I answered 3 security questions about myself and they still couldn’t verify me. Then, Chase canceled the transaction and I went to the bank in person. This is extreme and cost me over an hour of work time.

lady at the counter was incredibly unhelpful, when I had issues with a cheque deposit she simply slid me back my cheque and told me there was nothing she could do. Did not ask a manager for help or even look at their computer screen. closed my Chase account, plenty of other banks that don’t withhold your hard earned money.

Helen Drager is great, she tried her best and made mutiple calls to help me refund most of the monthly service fee mistakenly charged by Chase. Though Chase itself is a mean and selfish company, their banker is kind and great!

the most irresponsible employees I have ever seen, I waited for more than 2 hours, no one helped me, so I do not recommend coming to this bank

The teller Kimmy was amazing and helped me very quickly she also showed me how to use my digital wallet and the app. It's customer service like hers that make people want to come back.

No coin counter here, though they did used to have one. Now you have to hand roll coins or they won't take them. Typical corporate greed, some spreadsheet said they could save a few dollars by removing it, so now they don't offer it as a service anymore, and customers are the ones that end up paying the price, terrible modern trend.

If you are an international student, I wouldn't recommend this bank, especially this branch. Because of their banker's wrong direction, my account is closed and I'm not able to get my money back inside of my account. It already spent 1 month (i think it shouldn't last that long..) and they are rejecting to give my OWN money. I will go back to my country after 3 days and probably won't come back to US, but I still didn't receive my money.I'm sorry for saying that but regarding to my experiences, if you are not a citizen, they are not helpful even if its their own bankers fault.

If they ever try to sell you their JP morgan investment account, just don't buy into it. Charged me $50 a month and was down 10% when my own account, which I put together in less than 30 mintues, was able to be down only by 5%. All they got for this poor perforance is that the market flucuates and blaming me that I don't know what I am talking about. It has been halirous to see how the investment manager trying to act smart and became passive-aggressive and saracastic after I told him I am pulling my funds. At least, I was able to get all of my money out, and that is probably the only positive thing I can say about their investment team.

Always quick and friendly, they keep regular business hours which make it hard for people that work for a living to get to before they close.

Clerk was inexperienced and caused all my accounts to be locked due to mishandled paperwork. Took lots of phone calls and in person trips to get that fixed. Also had a long wait even when there’s reservation in advance. Try other Chase branches if possible
