If you are an international student, I wouldn't recommend this bank, especially this branch. Because of their banker's wrong direction, my account is closed and I'm not able to get my money back inside of my account. It already spent 1 month (i think it shouldn't last that long..) and they are rejecting to give my OWN money. I will go back to my country after 3 days and probably won't come back to US, but I still didn't receive my money.I'm sorry for saying that but regarding to my experiences, if you are not a citizen, they are not helpful even if its their own bankers fault.

If they ever try to sell you their JP morgan investment account, just don't buy into it. Charged me $50 a month and was down 10% when my own account, which I put together in less than 30 mintues, was able to be down only by 5%. All they got for this poor perforance is that the market flucuates and blaming me that I don't know what I am talking about. It has been halirous to see how the investment manager trying to act smart and became passive-aggressive and saracastic after I told him I am pulling my funds. At least, I was able to get all of my money out, and that is probably the only positive thing I can say about their investment team.

Clerk was inexperienced and caused all my accounts to be locked due to mishandled paperwork. Took lots of phone calls and in person trips to get that fixed. Also had a long wait even when there’s reservation in advance. Try other Chase branches if possible

The people that work here are very friendly and are always helpful. Even on busy market mornings, the staff is wonderful while you wait for them to complete transactions.

Came into the store last month to file a stop payment request and file a dispute. They filed the dispute but did not file the stop payment request and didn't tell me it cost $30. Now I'm dead broke and waiting on another claim. Middle age balding man was incredibly rude. Brenda in claims department said, "what are you 20 years old, be polite" after I told her not to interrupt me.

Staff is not helpful. Waited here for 1 hour . The lady who came after me was helped but nobody took care of me that was my line . That was so rude . No longer wanna be customer of this bank . They should take care of the staff before hire .

I won't use Chase. They spread PR about how they will address climate change, but they are major investors in fossil fuel extraction, including Line 3, an assault on Wisconsin and the rights of indigenous people.
