Don’t go this branch at any cost. If you had too also don’t go to michelle(front desk teller) she is very unprofessional and didn’t even greet customers. That’s a horrible experience. Negative 1 star👎

I came in on a Saturday morning, hoping to withdraw some cash to use at the farmer's market. I had previously attempted to use this branch's drive-up ATM, but the line was horrendous. So, this time I came into the branch planning to use the ATM in the lobby. I walked in and was confused for a few seconds by the fact that I couldn't find any ATMs in the lobby. Apparently, this branch doesn't have any--you have to wait in line and get the money from the teller. I've never seen this before. Anyway, I was standing there for like 20 seconds looking for the ATM, and a lady behind the counter asks, in a very rude and accusatory tone of voice, if I need help with something. I told her I was looking for the ATM, and--still in a snippy voice--she told me to go to one of the tellers. This was the most unpleasant experience I've ever had in a bank. Horrid customer service. I definitely will not be returning.

The front desk teller Michelle with a blond bob is unprofessional and do not know how to do her job. She smacked her gums while talking to me, did not greet customer, talking to customer with a condescending voice, slam the door twice when coming in and out when i ask to see a banker. She did not know how to do her job and very unprofessional. Zero customer service skill. We as customers come in to ask for help not begging for help so don’t act like you’re superior than everyone. Negative 1 star

First and foremost, I was really expecting to drive all the way to madison for no reason or run into some type unexpected impossible road block and have to deal with difficult employees. I do have a thing about branches of very large banks. But my visit there yesterday took maybe 30 min and we were done. I didn’t catch the tellers name but he was a young guy and he was great. I can’t believe how much of a breeze it was. And it was no problem still choosing to close the account. But I’m very thankful for the ease and hassle free experience we had there yesterday. Thanks Guys!!

I have nothing against the local employees, just the fraud department and management, because of their very questionable security practices, including sending emails that mimic phishing emails, and then ask for their social security number. They don't value their customer's security.

Very poor and awful customer service in the front desk by one worker who uses too much sarcasm when speaking to customers, and can be very rude and even seem to despise helping certain people. Can walk in feeling happy and leave feeling terrible after interacting with with the individual in the front desk. Never ever going to this bank location again.

Today I had the shock of my life. I walked into the Sauk Creek Chase bank and I heard, “Hi Karen!!!” I stood frozen. The gal, I believe Imán, remembered my name. I haven’t been in the bank for probably 6 months or more. She will periodically call just to see how I’m doing or if I have any other questions. I am so in love with chase. Love the app and have had only the best customer service. I honestly felt like the number one customer. The gal who helped me at the counter was also friendly. Thank you Chase and thank you Imán for great customer service!!!!❤️

Will this branch ever have a working ATM again?I've been banking with Chase for 10 years and never had a problem. This branch apparently thought that going from two ATMs down to one was a good idea. It's frequently out of cash and lately, they've been putting up a cone so you can't even drive up to it.
