Under new ownership. Meet the owner and she was lovely. Went with my daughter and they were kind and patient with us. I got liquid gel and I love how it feels. My daughter got gel x. We both love our nails

I have been a customer there for about 3 years and booked with my regular nail tech. It allowed me to book with him online so despite me hearing about the new ownership, I assumed he was still working there.
I showed up for my appointment time and there was an entirely new staff. I booked with my person specifically and was surprised and disappointed that when the salon saw I booked with him they didn’t call me to inform me that he wasn’t working there anymore. This didn’t feel right to me, as they are probably aware that Chic has long time clients who would want to know they weren’t with their preferred person. They didn’t acknowledge it when I was there and because I’m not great with speaking up and wanted to keep an open mind, I decided to keep the appointment.
My nails look fine, no big issues and the nail technician was a nice guy. He took his time and everything went smoothly, just not the same quality of my previous technician there.
I was the only client in there and there were lots of staff phones and iPads playing loudly, so it wasn’t the relaxed, quiet environment I’m used to.
I post this review mostly to let people know that it’s just a very different type of service and vibe than it was previously. I’m glad I continued with it and gave them a chance, but will probably try and find a new salon with a similar quality of customer service and environment of salon to what Chic had under previous owners.

A friend and I came here for pedicures today, and we were super happy with them! I had Candy and she had Johnny. Both were great!! They took their time, and were great to be around. We will definitely be returning 😁

Will not be returning. I have been many times in the past and have been pleased with the services. Today however all the staff was entirely different and most of them seemed quite clueless as to what proper nail care is. New ownership?? Not impressed. I went in for gel pedi and dip mani. Would not recommend.

Update 7/2024: Under new ownership. The woman who did my pedicure did a great job. She really took care of my callouses and I got a clay mask on my legs - part of the regular pedicure. Prices have gone up just a little. Some other patrons have mentioned that the workers are on their phones or playing music, but this didn't bother me. I didn't find the old atmosphere relaxing either. I didn't think the cleanliness standards have gone down. I'll keep going to see how things go. Not changing from my 5 star review. Just something new to get used to.
A wonderful salon! Nice decor and very clean. 10/10 would recommend! This is my new nail salon home!

New ownership sucks!! I was in on Wednesday. I booked online months ago with Preston. When I got there they gave me a random young kid who was not Preston. When I asked if it was Preston the owner told me he was on vacation. I asked if he still worked there and the owner told me yes. The TVs are blaring, employees are on their phones the whole time, IPADS with security cameras are going off constantly, answering calls on speaker to make appointments and the place is dirty. I did a dip ombré with chrome and my nails were bubbling the next day. STAY AWAY

Great place and no waiting if you make an appointment!! Kind staff! Love this place because it is quiet and NO waiting!! They don't try to push more expensive stuff on you!
