East Towne Mall is a mall with many high-quality stores and a good selection of shopping options. Visitors often enjoy their time exploring the stores and appreciate the variety available. However, the mall faces some issues, such as a parking lot that needs improvement, with half the lights out and flickering lighting inside. The parking lot is also cramped and can be difficult to navigate. The mall could be cleaner and better maintained, and some stores have closed, reducing the overall selection. The mall closes early at 6 PM on Sundays, which can be disappointing for weekend shoppers. Despite these concerns, the mall remains a place where people can find good stores and have a pleasant experience, especially when there are helpful passersby and security staff available.
This mall is okay, but I wish they had more restaurants in the food court.

Its an alright mall, but the parking lot needs serious work. Half the lights are out. Inside the lighting situation is only slightly better but most of them in there are flickering constantly

I really do like this place. There’s a lot of opportunity to improve, but there’s also a lot of excellent things about it last time I went there. I was there for a few hours and really had a good time going through the stores really enjoyed myself. There’s a lot of high-quality stores in there.
