Butch was absolutely wonderful -- he was patient and answered all my questions and worked quickly with me since I was in a rush.
At one point when comparing the quotes I found online vs the one he could give me, he encouraged me to take mine despite missing out on business! In the end, he was able to find me an even better quote so it worked out for both of us :)
