Clothes Encounter is a welcoming and professional laundry business that provides excellent service. The owners are friendly and accommodating, making customers feel at ease. They are understanding and patient with young children, even when they get a little loud. The laundry machines are well-maintained, and the staff is efficient and thorough in their work. They offer a drop-off laundry service, which is convenient and well worth the added fee. Customers appreciate the attention to detail, with folded and neatly packaged laundry, and even special care for delicate items like sherpa blankets and button-up flannels. The prices are reasonable, making it a great value for the quality of service provided.
