For the 3rd time, I had gone there to pick up a few things. They are supposed to be open 8am, I was there 8:45am. Door locked, no one answered the phone.

Downhill slide with no end in sight. ( 5 years on the slide) goodbye Aerial was hard, but nobody expected this.I write this as I sit in the parking lot, store doors locked, lights on, nobody home.Online ordering is misleading.Goldwell Color is always lacking. Order to ship comes from 3 different states which leaves in person purchase my best bet. Last order incorrect and return must be made to store shipped from, not local. 3 stores shipped my order. Avoided the hassel, kept the incorrect order.

This is a supply house for licensed salon/barbers/etc. My husband is a retired barber so I get my shampoos etc there. Cosmoprof purchased the company from Arial a few years back. Since then we have had problems finding products in stock. I am sure covid has something to do with the current understock situation but this was happening before. I was given a sample of a Matrix shampoo and conditioner a couple months ago and finally tried it. I love it and since they are always out of my Tigi stuff, I figured they would have this. I mean, why give samples for something if you don't have it. They not only didn't have it, they didn't know what I was talking about. The person trying to help me deserves 5 stars. She even checked her samples and didn't have any left either. She had no idea when or if it would come in. Apparently stuff is ordered centrally and they get what they get. I frequently can't get my hair color and my husband can't always get his Paul Mitchell shampoo. The other store in town is the same. I went into Ulta's web site for the heck of it and they have ALL the products I wanted. Now I have to decide if I will pay over 50% more there or hope it shows up at Cosmoprof. Must be very frustrating to shop owners trying to get product for clients. The ball sure got dropped when these people took over Areial. So professionals, it could be hit or miss. Also, my husband can't even order it on line direct from Matrix because his license somwhow connects to someone in another state. He has corrected it himself and they have at the store several times but it keeps switching back. No one seems to know why or care that someone might be using his license number.

Staff is very unprofessional, rude, and prejudice!!!! I went in the store today to purchase a acrylic nail brush, monomer, and gel top coat. As soon as my husband and I walked in we were followed around the store. I asked about the nail brush and the younger lady took the brush to the front as if I was gonna steal. She followed us around the entire time and made us feel uncomfortable & unwanted. When I went to purchase she asked for my license I explained I have one but didn’

Stephanie does awesome at helping me when I'm in shopping for product!! She's friendly, knowledgeable and a genuinely nice person whenever I have questions. She doesn't talk down to you, she makes you feel comfortable with any questions you may have.
