Seems to be out of a lot of items all the time. If you order in advance, it takes 2 weeks to get what ya want.

I hardly ever post reviews but I’m honestly over this place’s poor customer service. I’ve been to this location so many times and the same lady with the unwelcoming attitude is there. I’ve noticed how differently she treats other customers compared to me and I don’t really understand why she always has a poor attitude towards me. It’s not hard to pick up on her “side eye” attitude especially during checkout. She never tries to offer me a bag despite how many products I may have, and that honestly shouldn’t matter they have small bags for people with a small amount of things. This time she tried walking away after handing me my receipt without asking if I wanted a bag. So I requested a small bag and she acted like it was the biggest burden I asked. She actually hesitated giving me 1 small bag while there’s 2 full stacks of bags I can see behind the counter so I called her out on it. Ironically, I’ve never seen her do this to older white customers…. This location is always out of products and sets a bad vibe as a whole. I will not be coming back to this location! Do better.

It's a license only store, but they can't be bothered to display that anywhere on the front of the store, so you spend 15 minutes looking for a product only to find out you can't buy it. Seems a poor way to do business, especially considering the store next door is also license only, but at least they tell you

Ive been going to Aerial Cosmoprof for thirty five years and feel a strong connection to the company and to the professional sales clerks. They always are very accommodating and helpful and always have excellent suggestions as far as product, color or equipment. I highly recommend this beauty supply warehouse. They are very educated, very friendly and it’s always fun visiting with them. I love them all❤️
