I was initially impressed with CubeSmart - staff are friendly, the facility is securely locked, and it's very clean and neat. However, when I closed out my unit, by first calling ahead of time and then meeting with the CubeSmart staff person after I emptied the unit (in person), CubeSmart made an error. The employee told me there was nothing else I needed to do and I would not receive any additional bills, since I moved out before the end of the current billing cycle. The day after the end of the billing cycle, I received another month's bill. When I called CubeSmart, I was automatically transferred to U-Haul. I had no idea CubeSmart was owned or operated by U-Haul. If I had known that, I would not have rented storage here because I previously had an issue with a U-Haul storage unit when U-Haul continued to bill me for months after my move-out. I drove to CubeSmart and spoke with the employee there, who checked the computer records and saw that I was only marked as "planned move-out", not "completed move-out" on the day I moved out. Later that day, he told me everything was corrected and I will receive a refund. However, the email I received listed the wrong day of my move-out, which is in the next billing cycle. I'm concerned I'm going to receive yet another month's bill.

Being able to drive into your garage and load/unload was really nice when it was raining. The facility was clean, had good lighting, and felt secure.

The facility where I rent is clean and well-kept—a great overall facility. I wish the hallways were wider for large furniture but sufficient. They have a convenient well designed app with good features. Inside covered loading, carts are available to use for load in. I’ve had a great experience with CubeSmart so far and would recommend to friends and family.

The local representative was wonderful, but after renting a large unit earlier in the month, I realized on moving day I needed more storage so rented another smaller unit. When I went to pay I was told I was being charged a second administration fee. I was told if I rented both on the same day I would not have been charged an additional fee, but despite it being in the same month they still charged me! Needless to say I was not happy and will limit my time at Cube now! Also, the manager the local rep called and had me speak with was extremely rude and condescending on the phone! Another example of corporate greediness! I do not recommend this storage company!

Hoy sábado 11/25/2023,a las 10:35am,no hay ninguna persona física que atienda a los clientes, cuando dice el horario que trabajan desde las 08:30 am hasta las 05:00 pm.Teniendo un espacio rentado, no pude acceder a el porque no hay nadie que ayude. La oficina está cerrada y no hay ningún trabajador presente en el lugar. Muy mal servicio en ese aspecto.
