I am SO fortunate I found this wonderful company. Looking for a wheelchair is an in depth looking process, an investment that can not be done without expertise assistance if you want to get a fit that will deliver comfort, mobility, and body support. Stephanie was beyond expert! Her professional knowledge, her diligence in guiding me and mostly, her wonderful personality made the whole experience great. I learned so much than one needs to take into account when purchasing a chair for a loved family member. My sister had a brain surgery that was too aggressive and can not move her right side. The time Stephanie took to consider comfort, size and other important things touched me. She demonstrated care for my sister's comfort in a heartfelt and professional manner. I am so grateful to her and this company for their product and for this highly skilled employee. Thank you Stephanie!

I can't thank Stephanie at CURA360 enough for her "relentless obsession" for customer service. She not only made me feel like a friend, she treated me like her only client each and every time that I wrote or called her during my pursuit of powerchair happiness!! White Glove Service even came and assembled my chair on a SUNDAY, and I couldn't be happier! Stephanie always went the extra mile for me. I will NEVER forget it!! Five HUGE stars are not enough to show my appreciation for her service, which was among the best experiences that I have ever had. THANK YOU CURA360!!!

I just got my new 4 wheel drive stair climbing chair! The whole process from ordering to receiving was very smooth. I went down my step in to the garage and up again. It was amazing! I may leave another review after I use it even more. Thanks to Wendy for all her help getting this amazing chair to me!

I used cura360 to by a mobility scooter, and Stephanie made the process as easy as possible. She is patient and answers all your questions that you have. Very good experience with her.

UPDATE I will not PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN.I did not get the power wheelchair I ordered. No side bag no air pump no usb port. Chair does not recline no head rest. does not fold or unfold with the remote Chair is heavier than was claimed. Spent hours on the phone with Wendy to make sure I was getting what I wanted was told the chair would work well in the Wisonsin weather. However the manual says the chair can not get wet or operate in the rain. doesnt operate well in cold weather and to not use the chair in snowy weather. The cost of the. missing Items is about 400$.I was promised a replacement and that they would pick up the chair and exchange with the right chair. However now I have to return the chair before it will be replaced. I was told not to use the chair outside. Thats why I bought the chair is to get outside..My 30 day return date ends today so now I cant return the chair. I would have been better off ordering from Amazon. Review will be updated when resolved. Received a call insisting I remove this review.Customer service was great in helping me make a choice spent as much time as I needed on the phone with me to help make a choice. Have not received my order yet so I cant yet give a ful review. Wendy was very patient if she didnt have the answer to my question she took the time to get the answer. I didnt feel pressured into making a purchase. Kind helpful and understanding..Cant wait to receive my portable power wheelchair.

I can honestly say I wish that I had found this place years ago I have spoken with Ms Stephanie Bell one of the nicest most kindest experience customer service managers you could ever meet I really believe the world could use more places like this where you can tell that people actually running this business care about the customers and the human and social interaction of each customer and on a personal note just based on the fact that I can make Ms Stephanie laugh makes me chuckle even more inside???????

I have been in Customer Service for 40 years.... Stephanie Bell is the Sweetest, Kindest, representative I have had in Customer Service for Decades..... She is EXTREMELY HELPFUL, will troubleshoot any issue.. Does not read from a script: that you expect any second to Go: BEEP.She doesn't treat you like you just fell of Xmas tree...
