Horrible store. Staff is rude and unhelpful, especially the manager Connor. Shelves are half empty, and half the stuff seem to be locked up. Forced to use the self-check kiosk, even though there were multiple employees in the store. Will not be returning to this location, and surprised it is even still open.

This specific store is a little bit strange. I noticed that they'll have employees working, but they push you to use the self-checkout. Which would be fine, but the self-checkout machine doesn't work very well. And then the employee act like everyone should know how to use it. I mean, I can figure out most self-checkouts, but theirs is a little bit strange. It would be nice to have the option to have a person check you out. I avoid coming to this location. The one in Middleton is much nicer!

If I could give zero stars I would. I was trying to straighten out an online order that had a problem. The staff member who answered the phone was a complete jerk. If you don’t like your job, then get a different one! I will take my business elsewhere.

This was my first time shopping at this CVS, and I loved it. Got deals with a new membership and great customer service , and if you read my reviews, you know that's the most for me. I give this place 5 stars and recommend this establishment.

CVS is a Company that helps the Public, any questions or concerns the Reps from CVS will go out of their way to make sure that all of your questions or doubts are answered. A Big Shout out to Gary who was very helpful Thank You!!

What a waste of time. Went in to get a drink. No one at the check out-3 people waiting ahead of me. Self check out not working-as ALWAYS! I went to find some help from a very unfriendly man with an attitude who was stocking shelves, who seemed annoyed that I was bothering him. Left the store without my Snapple. Will not return. Get rid of self-serve check out, and be attentive to your customers.

After numerous visits, only because this store had something that no one else had I wonder every time how this CVS is still open. After listening to 3 workers yakking up front about their partying and hangovers I decided to use self checkout since no one asked if they could help. I accidentally scanned the app bar code twice and the machine beeped. Then 1 of the workers scolded me for doing that. Every time I try to check out at this store no one wants to check you out and instead direct you to the self checkout even when there not busy . I sent a review from an email I received and got a canned apology response and asked for my phone # to talk. I responded twice and have heard NOTHING. This tells it all.

OK I guess, greeting person no. Cashier, kinda demeaning in a way. The items that I searched for in the ap didn't compare to what I found in store.

If I could give zero stars I would. First of all, every time I called the pharmacy nobody answered. I stayed on the line for 10 minutes both times. So then I was forced to drive to the pharmacy as their website said my prescription was ready for pickup and it wasn't. Then I was told I can't use any coupons. And the lady was really rude and didn't even look at me once. This pharmacy sucks.

My recent trip to CVS was generally satisfactory. As someone in a rush to pick up a prescription, their service was just what I needed - swift and straightforward.Navigating the store was fairly easy thanks to the organized layout. The pharmacy staff were efficient enough to get the job done. My prescription was ready when they said it would be, which I appreciated given my time constraints.The range of health and beauty products seemed adequate, although I didn't have much time to browse.While the visit was nothing earth-shattering, CVS did what it needed to do without causing unnecessary hold-ups. A solid four-star experience for a busy day.
