The staff here are pleasant and attentive, but CVS is just a bad system. It's unbelievably slow and overbearing when it comes down to medication management.

Thank you, Dan! Seems the Mineral Point location never has just ONE one of my meds. Bedford and Hilldale not only always have it in stock, if they did not… They would still be kind (just a specific employee there, seems to shake the whole ship)!!Thx y’all!

I actually called the pharmacy from the ER to ask if there was a prescription that had been sent over as the ER was telling me essentially nothing. Dan stated that it had been and was already filled . When it wasn't an option to drive up and pick up the prescription with having the prescription be brought down to the parking lot entrance- I had the idea to send someone for it. In fact, I called Dan back from the ER and requested a specific way in which I wanted the prescription handled (to protect my safety and my privacy,) by placing the prescription in a paper bag, sealing it, and then placing that inside another larger paper bag. These were very detailed instructions requested that I gave to Dan over the phone which he followed EXACTLY. While I did not pick up the prescription myself and had sent a gentleman by the name of ___xxxxxx_____ for it, and Dan the pharmacist was aware that _____xxxx_____would be coming, but Dan did above and beyond to make sure that he identified _____xxxx_________as the person that was approved to pick up the prescription. It really feels good to have someone watching out for me. Thank you to Dan McCoy at CVS 750 Hilldale Way, (inside Target). Madison Wisconsin. I originally switched to this pharmacy as they have outstanding pharmacists. (Both Dan and Jeremy).They always remember me - and I get very few prescriptions. Very helpful.

Came here to drop glowing remarks for Dan the pharmacist and I'm not surprised by all the positive reviews- the man is clearly EXCELLENT at what he does. He helped me navigate my insurance issues and helped me get everything I needed, stress-free. He genuinely cared, was kind, warm and super helpful. Keep up the excellent customer service Dan!!

We have used this pharmacy for a few years, All pharmacists and employees are helpful but Dan is [particularly exceptional. He is always ready to help and always finds the best price for a particular prescription.He is a great asset for a very good pharmacy service.
