Apparently, this location is now “cashless“ which seems completely ridiculous for a bank. So now I can’t get quarters from the bank? What is the point of the bank? Completely ridiculous and inconveniencing.

Trash I would rather put my money under a mattress. Not customer friendly not customer focused and since there's been a switch over it's worse as the employees are not trained appropriately. I'm struggling to find a person to take my payment over the phone!!

They are the worst bank you could ever do business with. Anything you are looking to get done please just go to a different location I would suggest not even banking with dccu/heartland!

I wish I could give zero stars this place is outrageous they charge me 9.95 for a paper statement literally a piece of paper with my bank history then you have to enroll to get out of that. When my account had 2 cents literally the charged me 1 cent for a paper statement. Horrible bank in my eyes I'm tired of them charging me for a piece of paper! The app sucks the bankers can only help you so much. I'm done with this place give me my money and let me be!

Really appreciate their service. Absolutely never an attitude and always top notch employees. I've been banking here for 15 years, had loans, had savings and checking accounts. I'd never ban anywhere else. I grew up in a small town with a small bank. DCCU gives that kind of service, like your a neighbor and a friend!

Your teller machines are very bad. Makes things so complicated. There's always a long line at this location. You guys will lose a lot of customers if you don't go back to the traditional way of drive thru banking including me. Such a bad move by you guys. Why would you think this was a good idea???were there any studies done to see how efficient this system would be?????I would not bank here if I were looking for somewhere to bank, unless you want to wait a LONG LONGTIME IN LINE to do what you need to do at the bank.

Very good impression every time I have dealt with them. This was not often, but they were still very nice every time. I am not a member here, but of a different credit union. In the past, when I showed up to make a transaction, they still treated me like a fellow member. I am currently leaving my former institution and need to move money (and not here at this point yet), and they are a lot closer and more convenient. They are helping me to do this, quickly and easily. Why my new one cannot do this, I am not quite sure! I am still very happy with the new financial institution so far (except for this issue). Either way, I think I will also open an account at Dane County CU and then see how things go between the 2 of them. Dane County CU has definitely earned my respect and business. 4.5 stars.

Haven't had access to online banking despite going in 3 seperate times to get it resolved along with multiple emails and phone calls. Double charged for creating/cashing a money order (Yes, it was fixed because I caught the problem). Don't recieve my payroll until 1-4 days after it's been deposited. Only reason I haven't closed this account is because Americans may or may not get a second stimulous. You ask a simple question and instead of saying I don't know they dance around an answer that is unrelated. Very poorly managed.Im treated nice when I have money in my account and treated with short pursed responses when I don't. It's shameful.Update: After a bad review and approximately 2 years of being a customer I got online banking access. They are still God awful. I don't reccomend.
