We went there to get the blades of our speedskates sharpened and Danny was amazing! He took care of them right away and they were done in less than 15 minutes. Brian checked us out and went above and beyond anything we expected. He even gave our kids fake cards to pretend they are paying themselves. We are so lucky we found them!

Great products and selection. Hit or miss customer service.I went in to purchase a new pair of running shoes. The gentleman in the shoe department was outstanding! The overall experience was great until I went to check out. There were two employees chatting amongst each other loud enough for me to hear. Their chit-chat was briefly interrupted by me clearing my throat. The duo decided to resume their conversation as I'm waiting to be helped. Their conversation turned into bickering about who would come assist me. The "front end lead" who was one of the two involved in this conversation with another employee finally walked over to a register. I forget her name, but the she was horribly rude. No greeting, no smile, not even a "thank you" or "have a good day." This may be an oddly specific explanation of my experience. I only go into vivid detail because this is how the staff is interacting with paying customers. Unless I have very specific sporting goods need, I will be going elsewhere to steer clear of this type of service.

I was in the store at West Town Mall and was charged incorrectly for my items. They should have been buy one get one 50% off, the one pair of shorts were rung up incorrectly which resulted in me paying full price for both.I come from South Africa and cannot return to the store, nor call them and their email service does not work. Absolutely shocking service!

I got $20 off two nice fishing rods and plus they kept the store open for me for a few minutes after closing because I had forgotten my debit card in the car. I left very happy! :)

My card info got stolen here, I know it for a fact because I only went here and an hour later I get a charge from zulily 15 dollars. It’s either the tap to pay or the charity I donated a dollar to is a scam.

Normally have good experiences here, but front end lead Shelley ruined it today. I found a product on a wrong hanger, showed her the spot it was in, and rather than apologizing for the mistake or making the small price adjustment I requested, she mocked me, saying “obviously that’s the wrong one.” I will not be returning to shop at this store again.

Had a great experience today at Dick’s Sporting Goods! Staff were super helpful (I believe I was assisted by Don and Cho), and I am especially grateful for the quick turn around in getting my skate blades sharpened (thank you Mitch!)

Our experience at this Dicks was just ordinary. Nothing bad, nothing good. We really like how large the store was and how many options they had for clothes. Everything seemed fully stocked and organized. We always like to look at the professional sports team gear at Dicks and this location was full of Bucks, Brewers, Packers, Badger gear! Would come back here again.

Alex and Brian were so helpful with the price match of a bike previously purchased. They went above and beyond to make sure we were helping. The cherry on top is Brian helped my mom figure out how to get her protection plan in. I hope they never tell him not to do this! So helpful!
