My son's girlfriend needed tires. They bought online and made an appointment. I went with her to navigate getting there since she's not local. The service was super friendly and they were on time even for holiday week with being obviously busy. She needed new lug nuts but had no money after getting the tires. They replaced without charging her. She was so grateful. What an amazing gesture from them! I will go there just because of this extraordinary service.

They are about as quick as any tire store and allow me to book a time on line. I love the continued covereage of switching from winter to summer tires and back for FREE after I purchased the winter tire wheels and tires there. Also the pressure check is free and they send reminders.

These guys know tires. They set me up with the tires best for for my car in the conditions I plan on driving in. They were polite and helpful. The tires were also priced well.

Jacob and the team here are awesome! Took care of an issue last minute! Got the work truck back in business quickly and most importantly, Jacob in particular was very personable and friendly. Thankfully I don't have to visit Discount Tire all that frequently, but every time I do, I'm incredibly impressed at the customer service. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, efficient and accommodating. Highly recommend.

These guys are super solid. Got a big rivet in my tire while road tripping through Madison. Tire warning comes on. Was hissing. Not good! Discount Tire was nearby. Let us and the dog wait in the lobby as they installed two new tires on the rear axle for better winter traction. Hole was too big to plug because the rivet took the tire material when they pulled it. Out the door in about an hour. Friendly service made it not so bad.
