The few times I've went here, I've found the people to be nice and friendly, however the prices seem to be unreasonably high for almost everything I've needed to get there.

If you have problems with your Macbooks, just go straight to Apple store, don't even bother to go here. They will just do more damage to your devices, and will ask you to wait longer and longer. Very last resort.

I typically think university-sanctioned tech stores are ripoff palaces designed to exploit a reliable and clueless customer base (student body), but this place is an exception, and you can get some pretty big discounts with a UW ID.
