We had some issues with the first sample cause I didn't call and send fast. The second sample was done right but there was some issues so three times is a charm when ever I return. The phone call was very helpful and professional. I sure the third will be accomplished.

My Dr.ordered the Cologuard test through this company. Apparently, they will only approve the test every 3 years if ordered through Medicare. My Medicare advantage ins.Co. told me and them and my Dr. that they will cover this test as often as my Dr. wants it! After spending hours on the phone between Exact Science lab, My Ins. Co.and my Dr’s office, it was finally resolved! My Cologuard test has been ordered through a different lab (Everly Well) paid for by my ins. Co. The test is being delivered by a much higher rated and reputable lab who care about patients health and test results! Too bad there is not a ZERO star rating here, I give it for sure!

If I could give them NO star I would. Sadly this company engages in fraudulent business practices. I was sent a cologuard testing kit without my doctor or my insurance or myself requesting it. The helpline is an insult a person's intelligence. I wonder where the my personal data was obtained? I was reassured that if I did not send the kit - which no one ever ordered in the first place - back, I would not be charged! The BBB has over 170 complaints against this company dating back 2 years with the exact same problem.

SCAMERS. I received a very official and substantial box of medical equipment in order to take a stool sample. I did not order this. My Dr did not order this. My insurance did not order this. Because of my personal cercumstances, I know for a fact there's no way anyone ordered this, so when you see their typical response, know that is part of the scam. They were definitely trying to mug me of the 600$ it costs to process this test (no where does it say the test cost on the package, you find this out later) AND it's also possible they were attempting to steal DNA, who knows? Also it arrived by FedEx, so looks very official and obviously targeted. Reported to the Better Business bureau WI

This is my second time using Colonguard. My doctor has ordered it as part of my wellness testing. This test is much faster and convenient than a colonoscopy.

It’s a clear scam. Their responses are copy and paste generic garbage. If you have received a package from these guys, reject the package. I don’t know how this is acceptable.

I am a self-employed, self-pay patient. After speaking to a representative of this company a few minutes ago, I learned the cost of processing the Cologuard screening kit is more than $600. My only other option is to fill out their paperwork and submit documentation of some kind—the representative could not tell me what personal and private information they want—to MAYBE get a processing fee of (get this unbelievable discount) nearly $400.This company is yet another example of how broken Amercian healthcare is—a system that provides neither health or care.

I will contact Kevin Conroy, CEO\Chairman of Cologuard. I want to know how my personal information was obtained and copy of the script from which doctor, insurance company or employer ordered the Cologuard Kit. As Cologuard Customer Service stated to me, I would have to give them my DOB. In which I did not do.

As long as you don't hire some capable individual of being too old, over qualified or no having enough experience all wrapped up in one person who needs a job. Bad hiring practices.

I receive this test the other day and There is NO WAY a physician PRESCRIBED this for me. I HAVE NOT seen a doctor since 2017 and that was a dentist. I am disabled and on Medicaid. I do not see a physician unless I absolutely have to because of the way I have been treated by them.

I called the billing dept because I had been having an issue with my Anthem BCBS insurance claiming (incorrectly) that Exact Sciences Laboratories was out of network. Vicky offered to call Anthem together and stayed on the phone with me and Anthem through escalating to a supervisor, to get the issue adressed and resolved. Vicky went above and beyond, also looking out for other patients and her employer in the future! I cannot say enough about how much I respected and appreciated that. It is rare in this day and age to find someone who cares about their patients and employer to this extent. I saw that some reviewers below were upset about getting a kit through a referral that they were not aware of, such as an employer/insurance cancer screening initiative. But Exact Labs does not bill anything until a sample is sent back and they actually perform the analysis. I don't know very many healthcare organizations that do that. As for the risk of false positive/negatives, they provide full disclosure multiple times and places. I always appreciate complete transparency (which is also somewhat rare), and that is absolutely provided. They are not a scam. I will definitely try to spread the word about my very positive experience with Exact Labs!

Wasn't ordered by myself or informed by my physician or insurance company that it had been ordered. Too many false positives. Representative had very poor English and speaking skills. I think the main focus of exact science is on income and not patient health. Just saw my PCP the person who ordered the test is in Illinois, not affiliated with my doctor or insurance. Big scam!!!! I would like to file a formal complaint and hopefully shut them down

Scam alert. Sent a package to my door which I did not order or my doctor when I try to call and ask why they sent it to my house. They tried to get all the information from me personal information. This place is a scam. Beware.
