Excellent nail service and now the ONLY salon I use in Madison. Phil, Josie and really everyone is excellent! I had been up North where a horrible salon gave an infection. Weeks later I came here, they looked at my nail, all talked and came up with a plan on how to save my toenail and trim dead skin. Truly professional work!! Now my nails look great all the time. I trust these folks absolutely!

I took my grandma, who has dementia, to get a manicure. Despite the fact that they did an amazing job on both of our nails, they were extremely kind and accommodating to my grandma. They held her hands while the paint dried so she remembered to stay still. When she was done, they were still working on my nails, so the lady helped my grandma to relax in her chair. That day she happened to be extra sleepy unfortunately, but the lady let her take a nap. They asked me questions about her, and it just made my heart so full. Some days are better than others, and even though that day she required a little more support, they were wonderful with her. ❤️ It’s so great to get my grandma out and about once in a while, and this experience just made me feel more comfortable in doing so. I will definitely be going back, with my grandma too!

Fancy Nails is the best salon in Madison and Nina is a true artist. Anytime I bring in a photo for a design she knocks it out of the park! It’s also clean and all the employees are super friendly, I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Nina was absolutely amazing, the best nails I’ve ever gotten! I’ve gotten my nails done by several technicians over a decade and Nina’s work was incomparable. She really listens and is so creative! I went to her after 4 different people recommended Nina - she’s legitimately famous in Madison, for good reason! My new Madison nail place for sure.

I have been getting my nails done for 2 decades now and never have I encountered such a rude, unprofessional salon. The salon owner, Nina is downright awful. She rushed my appointment and ruined my nails. The acrylics were put on wrong and have damaged my real nails. There are groove marks in ALL my nails. I have to wait now until my nails grow out to get rid of these grooves! Not only that, but the gel nail polish started peeling after 1 week! I spent $70 on this set. What a waste of money and time. Never again.

It has been a couple weeks, almost 3 weeks since I got an acrylic full set. They have stayed on very well nor have they lifted or popped off. My nail tech was Nina. She was friendly, listened & asked questioned to make sure it was what I wanted for my nails. Not only that, I was happy with the time frame it took her to finish a full set & design. Overall, I was happy with Nina’s customer service & the final product. I will be coming back!

STAY AWAY! I just witnessed the Owner yell at her employee sand then at the Client. The Client's hands were burned from the alcohol solution they used. The Owner refused to acknowledge the Client's concern and instead, became very disrespectful. She acted unprofessionally and scolded her own employees when they offered to help. Apparently, this was not the first time. A few of the clients just walked out due to the drama. I will not be coming back here either. Totally trashy. Not worth the risk either. There are better options in Madison, plus the quality of their work is mediocre at best.

Fabulous place to get nails done. The man who did my nails has known my aunt for a while and my grandma used to get her nails done there over 10 years ago!

Tried to surprise someone special with something nice. Pedicure was total weaksauce. Person was on their phone most of the time and hardly did any work. Spend your hard earned $ elsewhere.
