Terrible customer service experience. Extremely rude woman behind the printing counter. She was already clearly ready to be unhelpful before I even opened my mouth. My entire FedEx customer service experience from phone customer support to the app to the people who work in the stores has been abominable. I will never use FedEx if I have a say in the shipping provider.

Guys are really rude. The ''open'' sign was on but the door was closed. I stood outsidethe door for two minutes. They saw me standing out there and looked at me several times but didn't come to open the door. Finally one guy came to say they were closed.

I recently had to ship an expensive and sensitive item. Ben was incredibly helpful in the process. He thoroughly knew and was attentive to the details, provided wonderful advice, and was incredibly patient as software was giving difficulties.

I recently had Christmas cards printed at FedEx, and while the original prints had a slight red hue on our skin (likely my oversight when reviewing the proofs), the team at FedEx truly went above and beyond to ensure we were happy.
I want to specifically highlight Nina, the manager, who exemplified incredible professionalism and customer service. She was so kind and understanding, quickly addressing the issue without hesitation. She reprinted our cards to absolute perfection, making the entire process seamless and stress-free.
What stood out to me was how cared for I felt throughout the experience. Even though the mistake was likely mine, Nina’s commitment to ensuring we left with a product we loved was truly exceptional. It’s rare to find this level of dedication to customer satisfaction, and I am so grateful for her help.
I highly recommend FedEx for printing services—they not only deliver quality products but also back it up with outstanding customer service. Thank you, Nina, and the FedEx team for turning a potential mishap into such a positive experience!

Outstanding customer service from Ben over the weekend who answered all my questions, helped me with a big print job and shipping. Greatly appreciate his knowledge, time and attention. Also found out that FedEx 2-day rates are competitive with USPS Priority Mail. I will definitely be back!

Terrible customer service.
I came there and the assistant manager wanted to charge me $429 for a box!
I asked him what's so special in a cardboard box and he replied that it's the size of it.
I request a 20x20inch size box that cost 7 dollars and surprisingly enough my item fit there.
Throughout the entire time the assistant manager looked at me in a very disrespectful way.
Probably because I'm a minority.

I have worked with the staff here for over a year and LOVE their customer service and fantastic communication for print orders for my business. Jane has been especially helpful in getting things done fast and teaching me how to combine orders to save on fees, but the whole crew is friendly, attentive, patient and knowledgeable!!
