After another company left me out in the heat for four hours and cancelled, Finish Line Towing came through. Got to my location within 20 minutes and the driver, Mike, was awesome. Helpful and professional all the way. I will always contact Finish Line from now on.

0 stars. 0.00 I have video of them beating my car because they treat people's property as trash. They laugh at you on the phone and refuse to have a conversation regarding their scathing customer service. Mind you while a family member was being rushed to hospital for a brain injury. Still think it's totally hilarious. Bummer I have video and three willing witnesses and contacted the building they contracted with. I'm just getting started. Nobody especially a business should contact with these people UNLESS THEY ALSO WANT TO BE FINANCIALLY LIABLE FOR THEIR UNETHICAL WORK PRACTICES!

Make sure when you need a tow from a public road that you have the name of a good towing company in Dane County! If not the dispatcher is required to call "next on the list" and you DO NOT want it to be Finish Line Towing!! They charge $800 for a 16 mile tow. Double the norm and 3 times what the state of Wisconsin allows for towing of private property per trans code 319. Do your research and don't get ripped off by this company!

Bob literally saved my life. My car completely stopped (it stalled!) in the middle of a busy road. He happened to be passing by and saw me from a distance, pulled over beside me, managed to restart my car to move it to the side of the road, and even replaced my battery right there on the spot.

The drivers were very professional, kind, knowledgeable and efficient. They arrived within the time frame promised and even tried helping troubleshoot getting my vehicle started. The helpfulness and kindness during a frustrating moment was very much appreciated.
