I took my car here for a an alignment as a walk in and spoke with Maria. She got me set up and they got me in and out with awesome service. I will be going back in the future for any other needed repairs.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE .. i scheduled an appointment for an AC diagnostic and when i showed up for my appointment they started upselling me other and when i rejected all of it they said they won’t be able to check my car and that it will cost way more then what my appointment was for. ONCE AGAIN DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE NO MATTER WHAT

I had a fantastic experience at firestone on mineral point. I was able to get an appointment quickly, Justin has been incredibly helpful and helped me understand what’s going on with my car and explaining the options available.

Came in for 4 new tires after searching options online. Good timely review of tire options, comprehensive breakdown of costs, they honored a competitor price to reduce tire cost. Did a quick check of major car elements that was helpful and led me to address a battery issue and a problematic front differential. Good communication throughout by text, email and phone. They met expected work timeline.

Got my tires replaced here recently and had an excellent experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Service was quick and the communication was almost constant to make sure they completed anything additional I wanted them to (including adding on an oil change and TPMS sensor replacement that wasn’t initially planned). I would highly recommend them!

Disappointed Visit to Firestone Complete Auto Care (7105 Mineral Point Rd, Madison, WI)
I visited this Firestone location this morning for a tire repair due to a sensor warning light. I called ahead to confirm they accepted walk-ins. Upon arrival 8 mins later i was told it would be 2 - 4 wait time, but after mentioning my call, they said they could get me in "as soon as possible."
While my car was finally taken in after 45 minutes, it sat for another 2 hours. A staff member then informed me they couldn't find any issues, despite me explaining the initial reason for my visit and the sensor light still flashing on the dashboard.
This experience was frustrating. The long wait times and lack of clear communication were one thing, but the fact that the issue I brought the car in for wasn't addressed was a complete waste of my time - i asked for the keys and left...

Extremely upset because I was quoted a fee of $72.42 but when I went to pay I was told my bill was $92.77. I am on a fixed income and every penny counts in my budget. I called ahead of time asking for the fee to avoid going over my budget but it was too late because the oil change had been done.

I wasn’t happy with the explanation given for needing a new battery for my daughter’s car. The battery she had in her car that was working perfectly was measured at 489 CCA out of 615 CCA. I was told the wrong battery was in her vehicle. Not wanting my daughter to have a battery that wasn’t guaranteed to last longer than a couple of months, I authorized the changing out of her battery. To my dismay, her car was given a battery that measured 500 CCA. I did not appreciate the explanation that she had the “Wrong battery” in her vehicle.
For this reason, I will no longer be bringing her vehicle to Firestone.
