The store had lots of freight on the sales floor making it difficult to shop enjoyably. At checkout, they had all of the self checkout registers except for one closed. The one open was being used by an employee to ring guests out. Personally, I prefer to ring my own purchases and not have to wait. Not only that, using the pin pad with the way the self checkout registers are was very awkward. I prefer email receipts, employee didnt ask when it prompted and only printed it. The cherry on top of this poor experience was being asked to rate the store by the employee. If I'm going to answer that question, i dont want an employee entering it in for me. Will probably not return to this location. If I want to visit a five below I will visit a location that isn't such a mess.

I went to check out and the man behind a counter told me to go to the other counter and check myself out. He stared at me from his counter the entire time I checked myself out. Didn't come to help when I had trouble, but he was not doing anything else. I told him to have a nice day on my way out and he scowled at me. Also, i dont like having to rate my store experience in front of a cashier.Also, did not have the dill pickle jelly beans that were advertised. Target did.I will not return to this store.

sells decent stuff, but most of it is made by five below and is low quality. they keep raising their prices on things, despite not paying their employees more. i work(ed) here and i only got $13 an hour. they also ask us to sign an agreement that says we can't discuss our wages which is straight up illegal. also, lots of people steal from here because there are no sensor things and the employees dont get payed enough to care.

Thought it was a great store until I saw a lot of the candy had expired.Example: You are selling M&M’s that expired in February. Won’t be back for that reason alone.

Good location. Great customer service and friendly customers as well. Very helpful with something I needed assistance with. A little longer hours than other stores around the area. And of course great prices definitely will be going back.
