This store seems to be really hit or miss, the women helping in the dressing rooms were very friendly and attentive but then when I went to check out seemed like they didn’t care if I was there or not! I think when you’re spending a couple of hundred dollars it’s not unreasonable to expect a smile when you check out!

The people who work here are all incredibly rude and unhelpful. Of all the times I’ve been in there, not once has anyone offered any help or asked me if I’m looking for anything. When I went in tonight the employees were standing together talking not helping any customers and they proceeded to glare at me and my friend. Don’t bother going in this store just order online.

I feel as though the merchandise is too expensive for the quality of the apparel. I think they have some very cute options, but I am not going to pay $158 for a dress of the same quality that I could buy at a different store for $35.

Terrible customer service. Every time I have been here the staff has been unpleasant and awful.

The girl that I had was VERY rude we walked in and me n my friends were talking and we had açaí bowl and I accidentally dropped it I cleaned it up then the staff comes and says u aren’t supposed to bring açaí bowls in here. She never told us there was no rules she asked us to leave but could come if we didn’t have our açaí bowls. My friends got me something and then I went back to return the lady didn’t give me my receipt either for the shirt then the lady gave us the dirtiest looks and she started like judging me and was so rude. The experience was not great. The girl should be fired PERIODT

I encountered friendly staff today when I came in to return something I bought online. A few months ago I was there for the same thing-different staff, MUCH different experience (last time the woman who helped was not friendly in the least). But then later this evening I got a call from the woman who helped me saying she had made a mistake on my return and the store actually owed me money. I probably wouldn’t even have noticed! Thank you for your honesty and professionalism. Much appreciated in these weird times.

Like the previous message said, all the customer service workers seem to discriminate against minorities. I just moved here from California and would often visits multiple free people stores and I've never had the sales team have such poor attitudes. It's as if they not only dread being there but now that brown person has entered, it's the biggest inconvenience to their day. I see them indiscriminately help white people all the time however I've been there over 10 times and I've never been asked if I needed a room started or help.

I've spend thousands of dollars at free people however I dread going to the store. The ambience and culture the customer service team has created makes this one of the worst free people stores I've been to. To make matters worse, I went to Anthropologie and their sales team recommended I go to free people to find the look I was going for since I couldn't find it at their store. I told them "no, I'd rather not. The sales girls there are really not nice." The Anthropologie sales person smirked and said "yeah we hear that a lot."

Beautiful store I love free people I spent a lot of money in free people around the USA because I'm a flight attendant. But BLACK PPL BEWARE. We are definitely not wanted in the store. First off we walk in with a big group of white ppl and the works didn't say nothing to them but when I look up the blonde head worker dressed like a real hippie came up to me and greeted my husband and I . And I said hello and she like is it anything you lookin for and I'm no I just came in ( in my head I'm like every free ppl is different so you have to look around ) and so we proceed to look around . Out of no where it's about 4 employees acting like there straightening stuff up around us . So I'm like ohhhh I forgot you can't be a black person ! And so we went into the sale room and my husband was like wait. Minute some one will come in and in this time frame we've been in there for like 10 SECONDS ! And I said no I don't see anything I like I'm not waiting to see if some one coming cause I know they are. So we walk out and ohhh look who's pops us a employee . And I embarrassed her said see I told you honey she would pop up while we was back here. If she didn't do that when the white ppl was back there. It's sad we have to make it a joke to see how many employees will follow us around the store. While actually some white ppl use that as an advantage to steal while blacks are in the store. The really is the worst free ppl I've been in ever !!!

Overpriced and horrible quality. Stitching consistantly comes undone, seams show, and for the price you pay it is NOT worth it.
