I had my car broken into a little over a month ago; it was really stressful and scary and Gerber made everything 10 times worse by being terrible at communicating. Everything was fine at first, the website and text updates I was getting told me my car would be done on June 9th so I made a plan to pick it up. On June 9th, an hour before my Gerber location closed, the website updated and said pick up was now the 12th. Confused, I called right away and it turned out whoever was supposed to update the website was on vacation, so far from being done, nobody had even touched my car yet. None of this had been communicated with me until I called; I had no reason to suspect they were not updating the website. I had to cancel my pick up plans and wait for them to call me back on Monday (06/12) with an actual estimated end date. They never called so I called and had to leave a voicemail (btw I had given them 3 separate ways to contact me at this point). Tuesday (06/13), nobody updated the website or called me or returned my call so I called again and I was sent to voicemail. I called Wednesday (06/14) and still nobody answered. I was so frustrated I hung up on the voicemail and called again; finally someone picked up and gave me my first real update on my car. I was told they would call me on Monday (06/19) and give me an update on the last part we were waiting on, yet on Monday once again I get no calls/texts/emails or voicemails. They eventually called on Tuesday (06/20) (which shows they know how to work a phone, up to this point I wasn't so sure) and they told me my last part came in and they would start on it soon; I was also told that once they started repairs would only take a day or two. I called Thursday (06/22) for an update and I was forced to leave a voicemail; nobody contacted me the rest of the week. I called Monday (06/26) morning and left another voicemail, nothing. I called that same Monday afternoon and was sent to voicemail again. The website had not been updated since their first mistake so I had no way of knowing how much longer I would be carless for. Finally on Wednesday (06/28) the website updated and now the 1-2 day repairs will somehow have taken up a full week and a half and now my car wouldn't be ready until Sunday (07/02). Still nobody contacted me or called me back to talk about it. I had to call 4 times in a row that Wednesday (06/28) before I was finally put in contact with a real person who could give me an actual update on the status of my vehicle. I was told it would be done Friday (06/30); I made plans to pick it up Saturday (07/01) and I started to feel like this nightmare might be over soon. I missed a call on Thursday (06/29) from Gerber, the nearly 2 minute long voicemail explained that my car had been put back together but when they went to test it my key got stuck in the ignition. The voicemail told me that although my keys had already been repinned to work with the new ignition, something had been messed up and a locksmith would have to be called back out to try and figure out what was wrong. Thankfully they called the locksmith quickly enough that there were no more delays and my car was officially done by Friday (06/30). Hesitantly, I followed through on my plans to pick my car up that Saturday (07/01) and to no one's surprise when I showed up the doors were locked and the lights were off despite the hours on the door saying they should be open till noon (it was only 11 at that point). I was beyond frustrated so I tried calling another Gerber location to see if anyone could help me and to my surprise Jamie Rhodes picked up the phone right away (a Gerber first for me!). Although she had little to nothing to do with the location my car was at, she was so helpful and apologetic. She helped me get my car towed to a location closer to my work so I could pick it up during my lunch break. She also emailed her boss about what had happened and what our solution was. I was able to ask her questions about what I was being charged for because I was told the repairs being done were sup

I have never had such a disappointing company to work with. Appointment made 3 weeks ago to drop off my vehicle with a need for a rental for today. Check to see if process was completed before I arrived and it had NOT been processed. The problems are never ending!

I brought my car in on Dec 12 at 8 am and they didn't have a rental car ready for me. I had to come back the next day. That was my first frustration. I got the car back on January 13 and the body work looked good. Yeah! The only thing that was off was that the blind spot monitors were turned off. I had to return the vehicle to get that fixed. It's still there now because they had to order a sideview mirror. Hopefully, I'll get the car back today. Update: Car still isn't fixed. They did install the new mirror but that didn't fix it. They can't seem to figure out how to turn on the blind spot indicator. I've got a rental until Tuesday. They called on Monday and the car was fixed so happy day! I'm glad to have my car back. Wait, not so fast. After driving the car for a week, I realized that I can't adjust the sideview mirror. I'm taking it back on Monday, January 30. Just dropped off the car so hopefully they will fix it this time. I'm picking up the vehicle today, Feb 2 and the problem has been fixed, plus they compensated me in cash for the extra time it took to bring in the vehicle. So, they earned back a star. They did do their part to satisfy me as a customer.Services: Body & Trim

I can't wait to give them a mark of excellence. Someone hit our new car and fled, we got it on film. These guys are excellent in customer service and provide rent a car arrangements through Enterprise Rent A Car. They will work with the insurance agency and handle the details for add ons. Let you know more when we pick up Pristina (suv), and post before and after pictures.

Professional, timely and quality service. Gerber estimator, Mr. Logan Tretter, provided outstanding and thorough customer service all around. I highly recommend this particular Gerber location for all car repair services.

The lack of communication about the progress of my repair has been terrible. I understand there are delays in getting parts, but don’t keep telling me it will be ready in two days when in reality the parts are on a national back order with NO ETA. Thank you to my insurance company for really telling me what’s going on.

So far to start with, I had to make an appointment just so they could take pictures of the damage. All insurance information was given when the appointment was made. Had to make a second trip just for the pictures. Not really convenient for the customer. Never before have I had to make an appointment just to have a vehicle looked at for a simple door ding before. We will see how the rest of the process goes.

Even before the new cdc guideline, front receptionist Lisa doesn't wear mask. Logan wears a neck gaiter which was deemed by cdc not suitable for a mask. Gave my car back saying it was fully ready to be picked up even though they didn't fix the windshield part. So I have to waste my time to go back to get it fix. Looked at my trip for my car on my hondalink, it said my car was taken for a minute trip with the speed of 70mph. Went back to question about it and Logan said its possible they took it for a drive on the freeway which is 70 mph. The freeway entrance is not within 1 min. It's not possible to take a round trip within 1 min where this location is at. Unless you're claiming you stopped my car on the freeway then turned my car back on to start a different trip. Ridiculous. Logan and Lisa both were rude; Lisa was rude for the start. There's a sign on the door saying wait outside to be called in. So I waited outside and then was called in and was asked why am I waiting by the door. If you don't listen to your own sign, don't post it up. She works behind a small protective shield even though you're making contact with her outside this shield. Logan was rude when I had to go back because the repair was done badly. Left the shop with a dent. Before dropping the car off, there was no dent there only damages where I got my car fixed. They claim they didn't do it. They didn't touch this part at all. Okay, sure. You added clear coat to this part. Anything could've fallen on my car sitting at your shop for the whole week you so poorly did on my car. The voicemail box is full also, you cannot leave voicemails. Working at a place that needs frequent incoming calls, you should be checking your voicemail frequently and making space for new voicemails coming in. I will not be coming back to this company overall. Come here if you want to experience "Ken and Karen!l Don't even deserve my generous 1 star. My experience at Sparkle Auto Body was way better.

Same day service! John was extremely friendly, fast and efficient. BONUS - spoke with an actual human who answered questions, laid out the terms clearly, and made my appointment.

Logan and the rest of the staff were fantastic. Accommodating to my schedule needs and had it done 2 days earlier than projected. The car was spotlessly clean as well; I had no idea they were going to clean it inside and out, so that was a nice surprise. I would definitely recommend their service.

They were very nice, did what they said they were going to do, and got the job done they said it would be. Looks good. Savannah was most pleasant and kind.
