There's always something to discover whether it is clothes, toys, sporting goods, etc. If you go in with a mindset of a treasure hunt, you won't be disappointed. The store is organized well and easy to navigate. There's enough space so you don't feel crowded yet it's not so big that you feel overwhelmed. The workers are friendly and helpful. The best part is that you know your purchases positively impact the community

I was recently kicked out of a homeless shelter, leaving me with a dead device and no way to charge it. The shelter staff's response to my situation was indifferent, and on a day when the cold made my power bank useless, I was left stranded. However, Goodwill came through and printed out some maps to help me find a warm library where I could get a charge and access the internet.
To my surprise, this particular library, unlike any others I've been to, offered me a library card—something I wasn’t even going to ask for. It’s strange, because most of the time, libraries act like they don’t even acknowledge questions until hours later, making it feel like they intentionally pretend not to know the answers.
This world is full of heartless monsters, but sometimes, even those who seem cold make you question whether their actions have meaning. I don't fully trust it, but I can’t deny that this moment, in a sea of disappointments, made me wonder if there’s a chance for humanity after all.

I understand when someone is stealing, they're stealing. But at the same time this lady under accusations didn't speak a word of English. Instead of approaching the situation calmly, the worker was screaming and yanking at her. The most unprofessional thing I've seen, especially coming from an organization who's name is GOODWILL. The worker also was yelling "COME, COME!" to the woman like she was a dog, knowing damn well she couldn't understand her. Train your employees to treat HUMAN BEINGS better. She may have been stealing but that doesn't mean treat her like trash. When I tried suggesting using Google translate to try to talk to the woman, the worker brushed me aside and waved me off and said "go away". It took them 15 minutes to finally get someone who spoke Spanish. Very disappointing and sickening to see.

I didn't like how I had to wait in the long line while mostly workers being checked out or talking, to ask to be let into the changing room. Then had to wait in that same line to pay. It was chaos. The clothes were far higher than other thrift stores here and the workers are rude.

They have a wide variety, but something I was very dissatisfied with is that their fitting rooms close an hour before the store closes. I filled up my whole cart with cute clothes that I loved, only to find out I couldn't try any of it on. Why would you close the fitting rooms to customers an hour before the store closes? They said because it takes a long time to reorganize the store at night, but I don't buy it. Organize after the store closes. Ridiculous.

I had a wonderful time here the staff greeted me with smiles and where patient and fast getting our food ready. My mom decided not to get any food because it was abit pricey at the time so the manager decided to give her free fries and a drink. I will definitely come here again!!!???

I was going to buy a short set that was on the hanger as a set. When I went to pay for it the cashier told me "we don't do sets here"When I asked why is on the orginal hanger as a set? He just looked at me.Way to go Goodwill. Rip off the customer.

They have a really great board game, video, and book section at this location . As far as clothes there are not too many good finds.
