I bought a refurbished iPad Pro 12.9 that still was Apple Care eligible. It has been working very well and looked brand new. Would recommend getting refurbished products from them.

Superb experience. My iPhone just didn’t turn on this morning. I tried everything, including the Apple Support suggestions to reset/hard reset. Nothing worked. I thought I would have to buy a new phone. I saw there was an appointment available almost immediately at this location much closer to me than the Apple Store. I went in and within about 15 seconds the employee had gotten my phone on again. Turns out I wasn’t doing the hard reset quite right. He taught me how to do it for the future. Friendly, helpful, quick. And they are correct on their website - much more calm and relaxed than the Apple Store. They have a very nice space. I will return if I want to buy an Apple product or need more support. Thank you for saving my day!!

Graphite has provided superior service for many years as I progressed through many Macs and migrations to new operating systems. Always completely professional and persistent in resolving the issues to optimize my user experience. This week, Bob Mahnke and his team gladly took on the challenge to completely resolve a blank screen and attendant issues. Bob personally spent MANY hours to surmount an uncooperative Mac. Now everything works perfectly and, once again, I can be confidently and productively performing many projects and meeting their deadlines. Glad I have continued my GShield protection that covered the cost of Graphite's extensive service. WOW! The "Graphite experience" is top notch: A # 1!! I have purchased computers at Graphite, received in store assistance and over the phone assistance all with aplomb! They are very knowledgeable; professional, friendly and caring about their "customers". Although I don't go in regularly, the folks remember me and are always ready to help. I highly endorse Graphite---their business, their personnel, and their culture!

We are the opposite of tech savvy! Our 5 yr old apple desktop was not working. We scheduled an appointment, and at the slotted time, Bob came out, diagnosed the problem, recommended how to prevent this, was polite, efficient and effective. We have had many apple products for decades, and have no reason to go anywhere else for sales or services. Thank you Bob!

Brought some airpods here with a common issue that apple has an agreement to replace.It was a 40 minute round trip plus 20 minutes in the store and it was a complete waste of time.They told me they couldn't tell if the airpods were covered or not, making some excuse about "certain manufacturer numbers".The whole thing felt scammy and sneaky so I kept asking questions and after quite a few of them I finally got them to admit that they were going to charge me a 30-dollar diagnostic fee (they tried to get me to sign something agreeing to that without even telling me about the cost) and then they might charge a 90-dollar fee to replace the earbud if they determined it wasn't covered (which they said they couldn't know until 5-7 business days ... ?!?). All for something that is supposedly covered by Apple!!So I said nevermind, I will just leave. They kept my airpods plugged into their computer doing I-don't-know-what for a while and wouldn't give them back so I could leave. Then the guy said he had to check something in the back so he left. I took the chance to unplug my airpods from their laptop and get out of there!

Very helpful, after much discussion, I decided to retire my 10 yr old computer and up grade. Glad I did. The one I got is so much better.

First class treatment, longest wait for assistance was about 2 minutes! Parking was confusing and external signage is poor! These folks know Apple and service is more personal than the Apple Store experience.

The folks at the Voges Rd Graphite are absolutely fantastic! I was facing major data loss from a fried laptop, with only very old back-ups to work off of; naturally, I was distraught and embarrassed that I had let this happen! But the specialists at Graphite patiently walked me through my data recovery options (in a totally nonjudgmental way, lol!), and they were completely transparent about pricing and the likelihood of what data may be recoverable. They answered many, many questions from me both in person during our first consult and then over a few phone-calls afterward, and they always took the time to check what my goals and budget were for the recovery and to make thoughtful recommendations based on my responses.And in the end, they got SO MUCH DATA off of that fried hard drive; they may even have gotten literally all of it, since there are more jpegs on my recovery drive than I thought were known to man. I'm so, so thankful to them for their hard work, and the turnaround time was speedy enough that my data was back with me in about a week. Really fantastic work from really compassionate people!

I took my MacBook Air to Graphite to assess and ultimately repair a crack in the screen. From the initial call to see if/how they could help me, to the in-person assessment, and then the repair, my experience with Graphite personnel was outstanding. They were knowledgeable, understanding, professional, and efficient. Communication during the process was great. Will definitely return in the future. Highly recommend!

Sam was very helpful through the whole process, and he even helped me get some data off the device before they sent it in for service. Easy to work with, friendly technicians are vital to making tech support a pleasant process, and I think Sam is hitting it out of the park
