Great haircuts this morning for my 2 boys and myself by Bobbie! All three of us were happy with our haircuts. In addition to being a skilled hairdresser, I was impressed by how professionally she juggled cutting our hair while also tending to a difficult customer who had walked in (who was upset and rude about the wait time- but hadn’t signed up online). A skilled and patient hairdresser!

Worst haircut I have got in recent times. The lady didn’t even take 10mins to finish the haircut and I had to go to another place to fix the mess she left. Please stay away from this place.

Hair stylist: Celena
It appears that Celena may benefit from additional training or closer supervision while on the job. The hair trimmers used were not properly cleaned, which caused discomfort as they pulled the hair instead of cutting it. Additionally, the haircut was uneven, with some areas noticeably missed. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations.

I was in the area with my wife. When I made the appointment, it said it would be ~ 45m. After I put in my info, it told me it would be 93m. I decided to go in early in hopes of getting done by the time my wife was ready. I finally sat down about 110m after I made the apt. Brian did a good job.

It was my first time coming to this location for my haircut. Though my haircut was good, I felt bad for my stylist because her coworker up and left her due to bringing her kid or grandchild to work. There were already a lot of customers waiting to get their haircuts, and she had the nerve to leave and tell her coworker that she would be back around 1pm. When it was only 10 am when I got there...

I went to get a haircut the other day after not getting one in over a year. I only wanted the dead ends cut and my curtain bangs touched up, but even that was too much to ask for apparently because they ended up leaving my bangs looking choppy and hair uneven, one side was literally 2 inches longer than the other. On top of that the lady that did my hair was not gentle whatsoever either she was basically just ripping at my hair with a comb very aggressively and seemed like she was in such a rush even though it wasn't busy. My sister even got a haircut with me and asked for layers and face framing but all they did was cut her dead ends. Very disappointed and unhappy with the service we got. Don’t go here because they don’t care what you come out looking like as long as they got it done in their 15 min time frame.

I would steer clear of this location. They literally abide by their 15min time and dont care where that leaves you. They need to reassess credentials on the people cutting hair in here!!!
I was told to go to a high end salon for a "simple cut". But I trusted she at least knew what she was doing, and I specifically mentioned if she didn't know how to cut a shoulder length bob to leave length so I could make corrections, and she made sure that wasn't possible! She didnt even make an effort to at least try and by the time I could see what she'd done it was too late!!! My hair length went down to my lower back and it was chopped up to my neck still leaving me with uneven hair!
I have never had a bad experience until coming to this location and honestly felt like the person who chopped my hair off just didn't know what she was doing in general and she did not care. Even had the audacity to tell me after, that the sample pics were extensions! Luckily, I was able to go to Monona and they were able to still fix what she had done.

Be careful how you voice concerns over results(not over specific person or lacation). I was being honest and upfront. I have had great results from a stylist at this location in the past but was refused and then left alone in the front until I left the store completely. Other stylist would not even discuss with me, even imto tell me she was unwilling to work with me either.
