Be careful when signing your agreement documents for your hearing aids! There was no explanation of the fine print about denying my insurance benefits! I was told I owed $2800.00 when lo and behold I got another $1400 bill 10 months after my purchase. When I contacted my insurance they told me that I was over charged because my insurance had benefits that would have eliminated the $2800 and I should have only been charged $1400! If this sounds confusing it is ! Very frustrating especially when there was no prior explanation ! Be careful !

I went there and had a hearing test which is free of charge. The results were totally different than when I took their a line test at home. Turns out I don’t need hearing aides at all. The staff here are helpful and really nice.

Sherry was helpful in trying to help me with my hearing aid issues but I’m not sure the hearing aids are helping me with those issues. I also found the yearly charges for normal maintenance issues quite expensive. I was glad that they allowed me to use credit to pay for it.

I got in for my appointment as scheduled, without an unnecessary wait. Diagnosed my needs with a hearing test, made the adjustments, and I left with clearer hearing. I’m always happy with Hearing Life!

Mindy was excellent to work with making appointment's to fit our schedule. Travis was very informative and even was able to keep my mom calm since she wasn't sure what to expect and why she needed hearing aides. I would highly suggest Elite Hearing of Madison if you are ever in the need for Hearing Devices.

I have had such a great experience with the audiologist, Sheree Anderson! I have been working with her for over a year now and she has done a great job programming my hearing aids. I work in loud operating rooms and hearing can be super challenging, she has listened to my needs and reprogrammed my HAs to help, she also showed me a remote microphone that I now use in the OR which has been a total game changer for my confidence and comfort. I highly recommend her.
