“Century House furniture delivery staff members Brady and John were outstanding!! We have a 1938 house that has smaller door openings. They did their remarkably professional assessment of the sectional’s and the doorways’ dimensions. They figured out how to position our new furniture so well, that by a hairs-breadth it made it unscathed into our downstairs living room. The care these two took of our purchase was breathtakingly amazing. I am ecstatically pleased with Century House and the commitment that all of them so capably share with their customers. Thank you. “I had visited Rubin’s a dozen times over the years and had always wanted a really nice sofa. When the time was finally right, we visited the new showroom and ran into JJ. After narrowing our selection down to 2 sofas, JJ visited our home to lend his design expertise and draw up how each sofa would fit into our space. We settled on the Titan and some additional recommendations for our space and couldn’t be happier. Delivery was white glove and after sale communication has been great.Purchasing a piece from Rubin’s is a big deal, these are high quality pieces that are accompanied by high quality service. The At Home store has great pictures. Great frames great organizational stuff for your kitchen in your home and really great furniture and if you don’t mind putting something together, they have great bookcases and tables. It’s a fun store. Staff is really nice. Check it out.”

They have a great variety of cute, unique and high quality gifts, art and jewelry. I love that they offer so many things from local artists and makers! “The staff at this location was both a very polite, and incredibly helpful. I do not live in this area, but was here for work and popped in because I saw the -sale- sign outside. I was greeted at the door and told about the sale by a lovely young woman, and after looking around and scoping out their Halloween decor, but not finding the piece I had seen at my local Kirklands (before the sale), I approached the gentleman behind the counter. I had taken photos, so he looked it up and it did not look like they were going to be getting it anytime soon. He informed me that the sale was chainwide, and not just this location, and then offered to call the store I had seen the item at and have them hold it for me.
Above and beyond! Customer service really does make a difference, and that gentleman made my day!”

“Unique store. Neat variety of merchandise. My son bought many stickers which were $1 each. He also bought a banana duck which is so unique. There was local artist work for sale. There was random items which I really liked. Many of the prices were high. I do understand that it a locally owned store.
The shop owner recommended other shops according to our interests.

“i stumbled onto this place by accident while out with friends and we quickly made it a tradition to go there nearly every time we hang out. the workers are super nice and are so passionate in finding the coolest stuff. they have some really unique stuff from books and cameras to rugs and lighting. if you are in the madison area i *highly* recommend checking this spot out”

The clothes selection is a cross between comfort and style, boho and chic, and traditional with modern flare. Perfect for island living or keeping cool in warmer weather because of the fresh linen. You could decorate a home with the wide variety of interior adornments. I'm glad I stopped by.”
“We shopped at the Sleep Number store in Madison yesterday to purchase our new bed. George helped us and he was phenomenal! He was very professional and personable. He was not pushy (like sometimes salesmen can get). He really wanted to understand our needs and what we were wanting to change about our current bed situation. We got everything we needed and were in and out in about 30 minutes. I cannot recommend Sleep Number enough and will send anyone his way when they are ready to upgrade their sleeping experience!”

“ROSS is my favorite store, & here's why. My feet are size 15 and it's difficult for me to find shoes in my size. I found a pair of size 15 Jordans for $65. That is an incredible deal. You never know what you'll find here. I've found awesome snapbacks, household trinkets, and other gems. Staff was also friendly.”
