Came here after seeing all the glowing reviews. My shopping experience was not great and I felt rushed throughout the entire process even though I had a prior appointment. I still finalized and bought my tux here. When it arrived, it was tight in all the places I had told the sales associate beforehand. It just does not seem worth it. I will change my review if my next appointment goes better.

Untrained employees with next to no knowledge on how to fit a suit. Had to come back multiple times to fit, had to completely remake the pants. After multiple disappointing tailorings, they basically said well deal with it. Definitely will not be coming here again. If you want the tailoring done right, buy a suit sure, but DO NOT rely on this indochino for adequate fitting measuring and tailoring.

This was my first suit and my first tailoring experience and it was phenomenal. The person helping me was obviously very knowledgeable and skilled, kept a perfect balance with offering information without being overbearing in any way. The clothing and options were also excellent overall

Edit: We got contacted by the store shortly after posting this and got the issue sorted out. I’m impressed! Apparently my husband was measured incorrectly initially and a previous employee messed up big time not getting the pants remade properly. I’m very thankful that he now has properly fitted pants and we were compensated with a tie.
Original: We got a suit for my husband for our wedding. The first time, the guy inputted the size wrong and we ended up with child-sized pants (thankfully we ordered with plenty of time before the wedding!). We went back and they rushed the new pants for us. Tried them on and it seemed to fit fine. On our wedding day, the fabric ripped (not just the seams, the fabric itself) when my husband sat down. We contacted online support, they passed it along to the store. Never contacted us. We went into the store and the sales guy told us only a manager could help and he’d pass along our information. Never contacted us. Very disappointing. At this point, a waste of our time to keep returning.
We ended up with a funny story, but we’d never go back or recommend it to anyone because of the cheap fabrics they use.

Loved our experience at Indochino! Arius made the experience so easy, giving input and suggestions when needed. He truly was such a help when it came to the customization process, explaining every detail and helping to match fabrics/colors/ and patterns to create a beautiful custom suit. I would highly recommend indochino in general and I would overwhelmingly recommend working with Arius
